I was living in California at the time and she had to do a lot of video tours with me. She was also there for every step of the process once I found my house. She has become a good friend in that short amount time. Having checked in on me several times when my life became chaotic shortly after moving. The search to find a home was a difficult one because of the market but the consistent check ins with Victoria and her willingness to show us a home when we were available was nice to have in this process. Victoria made accommodations for us when our schedules didn’t align which showed her commitment to get us the home we desired. She’s gone as far as to FaceTime us the home while we were out of town to give us a look, so we don’t miss out on a quality home in a hot market. Victoria was pleasant and smooth on the phone and in person. Knowledgeable? Yes, that too! She can answer whatever questions you may have. ALSO, she can "dumb it down" as simple as you need her to... she's very patient and will explain things multiple times if necessary. She listed my house on a Thursday at noon. I accepted an offer I liked 4 days later. Selling price was $14,000 above our initial sales price we had discussed. Victoria's efficient, responsive, personable, knowledgeable and very helpful.
