Fantastic experience: We had 40 ft. pine tree fall over in front of our house that also blocked our driveway on the evening of May 4th. I called InRhodes emergency line in the morning the next day. They responded with a crew to clear the driveway for us by mid-morning. Then Horton's tree service showed up by early afternoon to remove the tree and clean up the debris. I thought this was exceptional service provided by InRhodes management - Randi Swain and Kim who was the emergency responder. Thankfully the house was spared and no one was hurt. Great job InRhodes and Horton's Tree Service!!

Fantastic experience: Very professional

Positive experience: Staff at InRhodes have been great to work with, anytime issues arise in my condo. I am surprised though, that they would have such a rude woman heading up the HOA in the community I reside in. I believe her name is Kelly P on Augusta Ct. I have seen her curse and speak horribly to residence in the neighborhood, with her being the instigator. She is the Preston the HOA but does not even reside in MI o er the winter months. How is this beneficial to the community? I suggest something is done before she forces more of our wonderful neighbors out.

Negative experience: I’ve reached out multiple times over the past few months about a simple maintenance request that still hasn’t been resolved. Each time I call, I’m transferred to someone’s voicemail and never receive a callback from the person I left a message for. When I email, I get polite responses saying my concern has been forwarded to someone with no follow up. Subsequent phone calls that I’ve made after refusing to be transferred to someone’s voicemail results in vehement apologies and excuses about who’s responsible for what, role changes, weather delays: anything & everything but a resolution. It’s very disappointing to experience this kind of lack of responsiveness and accountability. Condo associations looking for management companies should avoid this one. Their 4 star rating does not track.

Fantastic experience: InRhrodes Management has recently been selected by our condo board as our management company. I have had a few contacts with them concerning some issues with accounting and our maintenance fees. Each of the contacts have been resolved promptly and I would like to mention Kim Mosey as an outstanding member of the company. I received a response within a day and the issue was resolved. My thanks to Kim go out to her and the InRhodes company. It will be a pleasure having you as our management company

Fantastic experience: Working with Randi was great—she handled the radon mitigation for my mom’s condo quickly, and the installation by SWAT went smoothly.

Fantastic experience: Randi did continuing follow up on an issue with power washing mold and dirt on my condo after the initial request was rejected by the board and got the issue resolved. I much appreciated her efforts and assistance with getting this request resolved.

Fantastic experience: We will be new to “condo living” and there is a lot I didn’t know about. This is the management company for the condo we will eventually be living in. I called first and talked to Destanie, who was incredibly nice and accommodating. She said I needed to talk to Stephanie about my inquiry so I emailed Stephanie. She was very quick to answer all my questions and get back to me in a timely manner. I was very impressed! To be honest, before retiring I had a job for 24 years and I was not always as prompt as I should have been. Stephanie is obviously outstanding at her job and for that I am grateful.

Our Manager, Shannon and our Assistant Manager Vanessa are extremely responsive and communicate effectively and efficiently with co-owners and the board. Shannon’s professionalism and knowledge have really assisted our board in driving our bottom line in a positive direction. Shannon has been very responsible with guidance to help build our reserves and control costs. Vanessa has a fantastic rapport with co-owners and has stepped in quickly and compassionately when needed. She can really help put co-owners at ease by always following through with needed assistance. The few times, I have had a concern, Angela, the owner has been extremely responsive by phone and email to assist in addressing and rectifying my concerns. Negative experience: it is a terrible company , they use contractor has no knowledge, they also refuse to do any repair HOA responsible for. never return phone calls from co cowers.

This is reflected in how their people do business and how they function as valuable partners in the complex management of a condominium. Following are some of the reasons I can make these statements: The staff is "super" professional, the property manager and assistant manager are GREAT communicators, the team is very: efficient~responsive~prompt~helpful~constructive & effective; they know how to get the job done right, and they care for our buildings and grounds as if they themselves were co-owners. Being a former Board Member and corporate leader myself, I know how important it is to partner with companies that are experts in their field and InRhodes is one of those companies. Fantastic experience: I had a non urgent issue with my condo unit a few years ago. I informed the previous management company and they told me it wasn't their responsibility. I informed Randi at InRhodes Management, our current management company. Randi filled out a workorderand made arrangements to have the issue resolved. In a few days the issue was taken care of. Negative experience: From how bad In Rhodes is, I wonder why there are many “5 star” listings. Maybe friends &/or staff write false reviews of In Rhodes. I’ve heard others speak negative about In Rhodes, I’m surprised others give In Rhodes 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: The previous management company did their best to ignore all issues until they went away or couldn't be ignored anymore. I technically emailed the rep. at In Rhodes a few days before they became our Managers. Randi was very polite in explaining the take over timeline and what he could/couldn't do. However, when In Rhodes did take over Randi contacted me before I could reach back out to them and a few days later he had someone out checking my gutters and clearing them out to help with water management issues and getting landscapers involved to propose fixes to the land grade. On the job with our community only a few days and already more contact than our last management company. Thank you guys for helping.

Fantastic experience: In Rhodes Management (IRM) has made our condo complex a much better and well-maintained place to live. Our manager is responsive and flexible. She is knowledgeable about condo statutes, laws, and pending legislation, and can cite our master deed and bylaws verbatim. IRM emphasizes maintenance and has guided us through numerous repair/replacement projects, always soliciting numerous vendor bids for our board to review. Our IRM manager truly cares about our condo community, and it shows in what she does.

Fantastic experience: I had a very nice exchange with Randi Swain of InRhodes Management. She is working to get an issue resolved for me. She took time to explain what she is doing about the problem, and sent me a detailed email about the issue to document it. I was very happy with my exchange with her. She took the time to answer some other questions I had. She was very professional and treated me with respect.

When you call them with a question, they either answer right away or almost all the time return your call the same day. Great company to work with.

Fantastic experience: Margie Elzerman and the In Rhodes Team are Top Notch! As a contractor it is refreshing to have clear, honest, and prompt communication. We are grateful for the opportunity to be building a partnership with the In Rhodes Team.

Negative experience: I'd like to detail the horrendous experience I've had with the recent pavement efforts that InRhodes is managing and their complete and utter lack of clear and timely communication that resulted in my vehicle that was parked to be towed. My family and I are on vacation from June 21st to July 12th in Colorado where cellular service is not always readily available, on June 29th I received a call from Margie Elzerman at InRhodes stating that my vehicle needed to be moved or it would be towed. The only email that I have in my inbox stating that a re-paving project would begin was sent on June 26th titled "Email Alert - Asphalt Repairs", even prior to this date, I did not see any other sort of communication stating that asphalt repairs would take place. InRhodes alleges that flyers were put on cars and on doors, however that doesn't matter if it was done while people are on vacation. The timing of this project should have been communicated at least 1 month in advance, especially given the fact that most people go on vacation in the summer months. After having finished speaking to Margie, my girlfriend and I had a solution to utilize AAA to tow my vehicle to another location that would have solved the problem. I called Margie back and left a voicemail stating that this was the solution I would be pursuing, however what transpired was Margie pre-emptively and needlessly called A&M towing to tow my vehicle to the impound lot. This was totally unnecessary as I had already called the AAA tow truck myself. In addition, based on what section 9 of the bylaws entails, my vehicle was not in violation of any of the aforementioned regulations, and therefore I would like to see what bylaw or regulation was I violating for InRhodes to be able to tow my vehicle. Finally, I'd like to mention that the customer service experience with Margie was atrocious, she essentially raised her voice and told me that she was doing me a favor and that she was done talking to me and hung up while. If I'm not mistaken, I'm the customer here, and us co-owners pay her salary, so this tone and attitude is absolutely not acceptable. As recently as today(6/30/2023), I received another email stating that paving efforts would essentially be pushed back by 1 week, so why the rush and haste to tow my vehicle? At the very least InRhodes needs to first and foremost apologize for this debacle.
