Maritza Morales P.A.

Fantastic experience: Maritza helped me get the home that fit my personality and my needs. I flew into Tampa for 3 days to look at homes in the Seminole Heights neighborhood. Maritza arranged for several showings in one day (some properties we looked at twice in the same day) and she coordinated return visits to two of the properties two days later. She understood that this was a big move for me from New England and wanted to be sure I found the home that was meant for me. I absolutely love the home I purchased and am enjoying supporting the many local businesses in my neighborhood. I would highly recommend Maritza for her professional, organization and her patience. Thank you Maritza for helping me find my beautiful bungalow!

She guided us through every stage of the selling process and made sure our home was properly prepared to go on the market. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful experience much smoother. I highly recommend Maritza to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
