Fantastic experience: Wow! I stumbled into Bryan and MariJean 100% by accident, which turned into the best accident ever! We began looking at homes in June, within a week we went under contract on a home in Dover on Colewood, which turned out to be an absolutely train wreck. Bryan and MariJean had nothing to do with the issues, but immediately found solutions and worked tirelessly to handle the situation. As the situation was being resolved by them we found the perfect home and 35 days later closed!!!! They both are amazingly responsive and they CARE about you. There was never a time I felt I was chasing after them for information (I am a touch of a control freak)- they were always 100% on top of everything, fully explaining each step as it approached. We cannot express in words how wonderful of a team they are, and how valuable their relationship with us has become! The personal connection they bring will help you navigate one of the most stressful things you will do, I am not sure I couldn't have navigated it without them (at least not without earning a few ulcers if I didn't have them :) ), My family is extremely grateful that God brought them into our lives! Fantastic experience: Bryan and Marijean came highly recommended and I now know why they are the best at what they do! We were navigating a move to Florida for a job transfer from out of state, and they were there for us every step of the way. They helped us find our dream home, negotiated a fair price, advised us and answered the gazillion questions we had, and closed the transaction without as much as a hiccup! To welcome us to our new home, they surprised us with a beautiful personalized sign and basket of goodies. I truly feel that they care about their clients, enjoy their profession, and are knowledgeable and experienced. I would recommend them for any real estate transaction!

Fantastic experience: Very helpful and supportive

Negative experience: This was the worst experience we have ever had. Things were fine until we signed the contract. Once that happened the tables turned and communication went downhill and the process became a nightmare. Our realtor team did not fight for us when issues came up and we had a big one come up with a home warranty. They were too afraid to rock the boat with the builder and make them upset instead of doing what was best for us. They did not fulfil their fiduciary responsibility to us. The certificate of occupancy was another topic that was not handled correctly. We also had an agreement in place for a cashback between us and our realtors to honor the homes for heroes program. They were not part of the program but agreed to honor it themselves before we even went to our first showing with them. Later, they argued against this agreement and did so in a very unprofessional exchange of emails stating they had even sat down and figured out why they did not need to pay us the agreed money. Their final contribution for the cashback agreement did not add up to the full agreed amount between us. Moreover, they never communicated with us about our closing date, time or details concerning closing and never showed up to the closing. These realtors pushed for DR Horton homes and did not want to show us others such as Lennar. When we asked about them, they said that Lennar does not honor their warranty and is involved in court proceedings over them and that Lennar just does not pay them. Interesting fact though, DR Horton is also involved in its own class action lawsuits which they failed to tell us about. After seeing their commission rate with DR Horton on the contract I get the push for DR Horton, 5%. They would not have gotten this with another builder or a resale home. I would never recommend this husband-and-wife team and I hope this review helps anyone considering them to take caution and reconsider that choice.

They are VIP Realtors with DR Horton so they helped us jump on a great deal with that builder. Their communication is top tier, they are knowledgeable, professional, and truly caring. They care more about they’re client than anything, which made us feel like they were family members helping us throughout this process. They both pay such great attention to detail and are always in the know of what’s going on in the market and in the area. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you Team Reith!

Fantastic experience: Excellent Agents! We used Team Reith in 2021 to buy a condo in Bradenton and then again to sell that condo and roll the proceeds into a home in Venice. We were incredibly pleased with their guidance and expertise. Given the volatility and competition in the market you need to have a partner that offers the research and understanding of the market as well as the relationship building and respect they bring to the table both with us as clients and with their agent peers. We've had lots of ups and downs in prices going up and losing bids to cash offers, but they have been there to support and guide us at at every turn and ultimately buying a great home.
