Fantastic experience: Brian and Andrea were fantastic realtors to work with in our move from UT. He's incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate game/market and his advice/guidance about it all was spot on. He's flexible with regards to how you want to approach your purchase. Do you want to hunt for the best bargain over a long period of time? Cool. Do you have very specific requirements? Great. Do you know what you want and will aggressively go after it? Perfect! If there's anything not quite up to snuff that you want to have done he's "got a guy" that can help you out and get on it quickly, which is much better than just jumping in the queue and waiting. Brian's the front-end of the team we worked with, going to showings, inspection, closing, etc., but it was obvious that Andrea was always hard at work in the home office setting up and following through with all the paperwork for promises Brian made. Fantastic experience: Brian is by far the best realtor we have ever dealt with. He helped with our cross country move, went above and beyond not just to take myself and my family around, helped with inspections, explained all about the communities and got our offer accepted against a higher competing offer. After everything closed he even went to our home and swapped out fire detector batteries. That's right after close when his job was technically done. He left Halloween gifts for my boys and he is just an all around good person. I have some medical issues that makes it harder for me to go to home viewings which further amplifies COVID-19 concerns effecting us all and Brian showed us several properties on zoom calls.
