Fantastic experience: Recently we sold our condo in the DTC area utilizing Landmark and their team has been phenomenal. Our primary Agent was Donna and she is exceptional. They aggressively market your property unlike any other agency I've seen before and work with you leveraging their experience and large team of brokers to get you the outcomes you need. This is a tough market right now in 2026, so their team has been outstanding. Last year we tried selling the property and only had 2 showings over 6 months or so. These guys at landmark this year were getting us 2-3 showings a week on average in today's down market and we got a sale. Now they are helping us move into our new property and vouching for us along the way to protect us and work to help us find our family home.

Fantastic experience: Reana and her team were fantastic to work with! We re-located from Nashville, TN to Black Hawk, CO this winter. Found Reana on Instagram and she immediately responded to my inquiry and followed up the next day. We had VERY tight timelines, basically 2 weeks to look at as many houses as possible, and she has us set up the next day to see four houses with her! She was clearly motivated and efficient, and also willing to drive to any county/city around the Denver area, spanning many miles. She was always on time and never cancelled, which is a big deal to us. Given she was coming from Denver, it was a lot of driving! We worked with Yan, Reana, and Heather and were lucky to have them selling the house and helping us with issues on the new property. I highly recommend the Landmark team ! The team is easy to work with under pressure, and when problems occurred, they were very adaptable and committed to resolve the issues. Negative experience: Yan represented us in a sale. It was a terrible experience especially after we learned the Yan really works for the builder. He should have disclosed that he has several relatives who work for the builder. We were abandoned.
