Fantastic experience: I have to say I have never dealt with a better property management company in my life. All the ladies at Peaks to Plains I have met and dealt with are very professional and such nice people. Thank you ladies and especially Linda. AMAZING!
Negative experience: This company sucks, they take there sweet time on everything please avoid them if possible.
Hello Jose, We have 60 days to return your deposit IN ACCORDANCE TO YOUR LEASE AGREEMENT. I have told your household this many times already. It has not even been 30 days, we keep the deposit withheld for this time frame for things such as unpaid bills, which you are behind on several, and damages. If you can submit updated payment receipts, as I said in the emails I sent out, then this would help expedite it. I cannot help people who will not help themselves. - Kate
Fantastic experience: This a great property management company, So Blessed to have found them.
Negative experience: Should have listened to the reviews before renting from this company. They were a decent place to rent from until it came time to renew our lease and they allowed my co-leaser to sign a new lease and gave permission to change the locks to the home without any communication or notice of doing so to me, even though my belongings are still inside of the property and I never told them I planned on moving out or not resigning the lease. So, if you don't like being back doored by your rental company, I would rent from someone else.
Fantastic experience: I have to say...I AM SHOCKED!!! When I read the reviews people left it broke my heart. Peaks To Plain's have been a blessing to me & my family... Kate is an incredible human being. She is full of professionalism and compassion. Jennie is just as amazing!!! THANK YOU Peaks To Plain,s for such an incredible awesome amazing renting experience!!!!!!!
Fantastic experience: I have had great communication and customer service. The staff addressees any issues in a timely manner. Very courteous and friendly!
Fantastic experience: I feel very fortunate to work with this company to manage my rental properties. The team is highly professional, responsive, and excellent at communication. I definitely recommend this company for your property management needs!
Positive experience: I am warming up to the Property Management Company. It was a rough start however it seems to be ok.
Karol, you do not owe us. You owe the owner back rent. I mistakenly took your word over his when we first took over the property. You have refused to pay for a month now, hence, the 10 day demand. I want everything in writing. It protects you and me. Phone calls are hearsay and the law requires me to issue the 10 day demands and I do not have to warn you.
Negative experience: UPDATE: Lowered to 1 star from 2 since not only have more issues been discovered including the dryer not having a release vent only to be hooked up and now blowing lint onto the patio, bugs by the dozens every night, still finding yard debris, AND on top of all that has been mishandled I was called today to let me know there is no compensation available for their incompetence. Run far, far away from this company. Day 3 of my new lease with Peaks to Plains and so far my experience has been very unsatisfactory. I have never moved into a property that was so far from "move-in ready" in my 10+ years of renting. Communication has been medicore at absolute best. There were multiple errors in the initial lease document, the property still has not been properly cleaned, dust everywhere, AC was not properly turned on before taking possession, trash and debris in the yard, closet doors off track, trash left in the garage and under sinks, sink leaking, windows not properly latching to secure, light bulbs out and covers missing. Truthfully just a very lackluster, poor attention to detail job of preparing a home for a new renter. I look forward to the opportunity to update this review with better news in the future, but renter be warned to THOROUGHLY walk your property and list expectations before taking possession. They clearly do not have an even moderate standard of cleanliness and functionality.
Negative experience: Worst property to rent from there rude. They don’t answer there calls and are no help. 2 years of my life wasted here.
Savanna, you are not a tenant of ours. Please remove your negative review.
Negative experience: They are horrible at this office. No communication from the start, they didn’t give us any information on the door code when we first moved in so we had to call the emergency line on the weekend hoping someone would answer so we could move in. For reference we moved all the way from ohio out here so this was already frustrating. They don’t communicate but then get frustrated any time you ask a question and refuse to answer them over the phone and demand emails so it’s in writing which I understand but its also much quicker to just call about their processes for different things since some are very confusing in the lease agreement. We were also not told where we’d collect our mail and they also got frustrated about us asking this as well. I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to do business with them or lease through them. Very disrespectful and spiteful for no reason when we have always been nice to them when asking normal questions.
All information was given to you prior to move in. Several questions about breaking lease were asked and answered. Anyone would get frustrated if asked the same questions over and over again. All of you were told that communication was to be between all of you and us but none of you listened. Some things need to be in writing. This protects you and us. If you pay attention to your email, then an email is just as quick as a phone call. We are sorry if you feel like your 2 years of residency was horrible. Good luck with your future residency with another company.
Negative experience: This is the WORST property management team we have ever encountered in both of our lives. Where do we begin? They have harassed us since the day we moved in, charge us for tiny repairs the house needed before we moved in, and continually bother us even though we are dream tenants and our rent is exorbitant. We would rate them a ZERO, but it wasn't allowed. They have screamed at us, cried, and have been absolutely rude. And each time, they blame their behavior on the property OWNER. Kate Marcotte, the Property Manager, is the leader of this team of bad news bears. They are disorganized, irresponsible, careless and ineffective. They take weeks and weeks to reply when repairs are needed (and only after constant calls and emails), and then make the repairs begrudgingly. And the last time it snowed, instead of emailing us with a gentle reminder to shovel our driveway, she hired a lawyer (and made us pay for it) and threatened to EVICT us. For not shoveling. Once. They have made renting this home a nightmare. Regardless, we are still treating it with respect and care. But we can't wait to move and never deal with this disreputable, atrocious so-called management company again. They should be embarrassed for the way they've handled the owner's tenants - why she hired them with the rating they had on Yelp before ours is anyone's guess. They also have a terrible review on the Better Business Bureau and complaints at the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agency.
Fantastic experience: Homeowner review: I've been partnered with this company for about one year now. It is a night and day difference compared to my last property manager. Last company I was with was a highly reputable, local, medium-sized company that had 5-stars review. It was a google search since I was not in the state. I was terribly wrong! Now, I wish I was with Peaks to Plains years ago. The difference was the personal touch they provided, attentive to details, fast communication responses, and flexibility to allow you to use your own handyman or vendors for repairs or renovation. Whereas the previous company wouldn't let you know if anything had happened until you saw your monthly bill. Also, this company is able to make fair judgement calls if it was the owner or tenant responsibilities should something needs to be fixed. They try their best in helping us (landlords) to save money in the long run by making suggestions. Lesson learned, don't go with a big company, and just try Peaks to Plains out! Hopefully this review will help all of the home owners out there!
Fantastic experience: Peak to Plains showed us a tremendous amount of professionalism in our search for a new rental unit. We weren't able to meet them at the unit but they FaceTimed us, gave us the details of the unit, described where we were in the selection process, and felt more like a friend than a business transaction. Couldn't recommend utilizing them more and you'd be lucky to have them help you with your search. Thanks team!
Hello Andrew, Thank you so much for your kind review and I wish you the BEST with your new adventure. -Kate
Positive experience: I would definitely recommend Peaks to Plains as a rental property manager. They have been responsive to my requests, charge fair management fees, and have handled tenant concerns, property repairs, and other issues promptly and efficiently.
Thank you Steve!
Negative experience: They sent me a request for a wire transfer, only to find out they approved the wrong applicant. Then gave the property to someone else and kept our application money. Classy.
Unfortunately, due to your credit score, you did not meet the minimum qualifications for this rental. There was a mix-up with names, not applicants. Application fees are non-refundable since we do not collect those, RentCafe does. If you would like a refund on the application fees, please contact RentCafe. If you would like to have your screening, please email [email protected]
Fantastic experience: Have absolutely loved renting from this management company so far! Jenny Austell has been so responsive to our every question and made the whole process super easy for us. Really great ongoing customer service and communication :)
Thank you Jenna!
Fantastic experience: I am out of state and the property is managed very well by Peaks to plains. I am happy as they keep expenses low and manage it the way i would have personally, keeping everyone happy. I highly recommend them.
Thank you Manoj! We appreciate you and enjoy having you as an owner!
Positive experience: I would recommend Peaks to Plains for property management. I have used them for several years. They are quick to respond to questions and requests. I have been pleased with their service and have recommended them to business associates.
Hey Pamela!
Thank you for being a long term owner with us, we appreciate the good recommendations on here and to others! It is reviews like yours that help keep us in business, and owners like you are always a joy to work with.
Thank you again!

Negative experience: Awful company to rent from, don't do it to yourself. They will do everything they can to make things difficult and wring you out for all the money they can. This company can't handle being called out for the things they do to slight their customers, they will quite literally only watch out for themselves. Make sure to document even the littlest thing, peaks to plains will make you regret it if you don't.
Hey Isaac,
I know I haven’t personally talked to you but everyone of the tenants including you, was in on the move out email I sent where I told everyone what would be taken from the deposit. I even gave you all the opportunity to fix the landscaping from all the grass clippings rotting and weeds everywhere in the rock beds to cleaning the place to the screens. I even got several estimates on landscaping before choosing the cheapest we could find. Not sure how much more fair I could be. If you feel the need to leave bad reviews I do wish you would feel the need to write me out an email to discuss first in a professional manner. If you want to discuss further than the detailed breakdown you received please let me know.

Negative experience: I have never had a more disrespectful, unkind, or difficult to reach landlord/management company. Jenny Austell is generally rude, uncompromising, and will not treat you like a fellow human being. At Peaks to Plains you are not a person in need of housing; you are a line item for a company that only cares about the bottom line and you WILL be treated as such. You will notice (from other reviews and if you have the misfortune to rent from P2P) that employee turnover at P2P is concerningly high. You must therefore conclude that it is just as bad a place to work as it is to rent from. You will not receive notice when your contact person at P2P is changed/fired/leaves and you will find yourself sending emails to an unmonitored email account. This is unprofessional and a colossal red flag. During their mandatory annual inspection (which an agent will not verbally warn you about during the signing process, but don't worry it's in ALL of their leases!), if they find any breaches of the lease they will SERVE YOU WITH A THREAT OF EVICTION IMMEDIATELY. If I have ever had an issue with a previous landlord the very first step taken by the landlord was contact: a phone call, an email, a text. P2P skips right over the contact steps and makes sure that you get served by their partner: a law firm that SPECIALIZES IN SPEEDY EVICTIONS. The message is clear: comply or be removed from the property in 10 days. This automatic process is vile and absolutely smacks of greed and a general lack of respect for their tenants. It should be quite obvious from their average review score on Google, but P2P is NOT a place that you want to rent from and it is NOT a place that any decent property owner should look to have manage their property. 0/5 stars.
Chris, at no time was I ever rude. The only communication I had with you was about you and Joanna moving out. I explained the roommate clause to you and at no time was I rude about it. Peaks To Plains does not have to notify you to correct violations. If you are found to be in violation of your lease, then you have 10 days to correct that violation or vacate the premises. You say we are difficult to reach, but the phone number has remained the same for years. We do not have to "warn you" about anything that is in the lease. It is your responsibility to read the lease before you sign it. If you do not do this, then it's your fault, not ours. I apologize if you feel you were treated unfairly and that we are a bad company, but I feel your frustration should lie with yourself and not Peaks To Plains.
Negative experience: I don't understand why so many management companies have such horrible customer service. Peaks to Plains ranks up there as one of the most disappointing. The constant switch of employees working there doesn't help either. It's hard to figure out who to communicate with. Plus, it was glaringly obvious that there is no intra-office communication as messages were not passed on, or so I am told. I rented from a home managed by Peaks to Plains for 5 years. I often seemed like a "bother" because I was a renter needing things fixed. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME if you are going to be a renter...they don't care about you. Trust me.
We do our best to treat each of our tenants with respect. I do not think it is fair of you to say we have horrible customer service when we did not hear from you or Kim until it was time for your renewal. Then, when we tried to communicate about the move out walkthrough, you did not answer. If you needed things fixed before you moved out, you should have called the office. Even though we have had a change in employees in the past year, the office number has stayed the same and for the past few months, it gets answered right away. Your recent email was passed on to the person you needed to speak to and she responded. Although we appreciate you being good tenants and taking care of the property for five years, we do not appreciate being berated when there is no cause for it.
Fantastic experience: This management company people is amazing. Trust worthy. Suggest my friends and family to work with them
Thank you Bhim!
Fantastic experience: As a property owner, Peaks to Plains takes the stress of renting and maintaining the units. Communication has never been a problem and issues are dealt with promptly.
Thank you Mike!
Fantastic experience: We had such a great experience with Peaks to Plains. The transition into our new place was the best move in I have ever had and they are always quick to respond.
Thank you Kelly!
Fantastic experience: This company is awesome. I'm a property owner and they address my Tennant concerns effectively and quickly. Very happy with them.
Thank you Yvette!
Fantastic experience: Peaks to Plains has been my property management company for over 4 years now. They have played a pivotal role in leasing to quality tenants, keeping my property in tip top shape, and always being there to to answer any of my questions. The team is friendly, courteous, and always available to assist. I would recommend Peak to Plains to other owners.
Thank you Derek! We appreciate you!
Fantastic experience: In all my years renting, which is many, I've never had such great service and care when it comes to issues at a rental. Jenny and Kate are fantastic! They are very clear and honest about everything, really want the best for both the owner and the renter, and are as patient as the day is long. As soon as there's a problem, they are on it getting things fixed and handled. We'll always reach out to Peaks to Plains Property Management first because of their professionalism, kindness, honesty, and attention to detail. Love Peaks to Plains!
Thank you!
Fantastic experience: They helped me when i needed it. The staff is great, when i called they were there and answered my questions and helped me take care of the problems that came up with my property. I recommend this management company.
Thank you Karl! We will miss you!
Fantastic experience: Linda and Kate are very responsive and helpful whenever we have any questions. We love the unit! We will definitely recommend Peaks to Plains to owners and renters.
Thank you for your kind review Mary, LOVE what you have done with the decor! Let us know if you have anything further!
-Kate
Negative experience: Peaks to plains does a terrible job of checking in on their tenants. They constantly ignore email correspondence, add heft unwanted/unsolicited charges, and do not fix or maintain any appliances. Our washer was broken for 2 months before someone came to fix it. Our microwave was still not fixed after 4-5 months. Had several unpleasant experiences with Jenny Austell. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
Negative experience: Failed application. Got a voice-mail if I was still interested in renting the property. Called and was told it had been rented. Never got a refund on application fee as I was told l. I understand that app fees are nonrefundable but the agent showing the property told us that they were refunding denied applications. Really wasnt expecting it returned but why even lie!
Hi Issac. Application fees are non-refundable.
Negative experience: I had been happily renting an office in my town for about 6 months, when management was changed to P2P. They wanted to start an online payment system at the same time they took over the property. I mistakenly paid the old company, which I did not know until P2P left an eviction notice on my door. I felt this was unwarented as P2P made no attempt to reach out to me and moved directly to threating to evict me. I immediately tried to contact them, but they would not answer or return my call. Several hours later they sent me an email saying I must pay my rent plus a late fee in order to not be evicted. I told them I realized my mistake and asked them if they could help me get my payment back from the other company. They said no, that was my problem and I must pay them. I reluctantly did and over a year later I have not been able to recover my money from the old company. The following month their online payment system was not working and I was threatened with a late charge. This time they acknowledged the problem was on their end, but said I would either need to drive the hour to them to pay them or mail a check in. I ended up mailing a check. There was an HVAC problem with the building that they failed to resolve in a timely manner, so several tenants of the building ended up having some of their products that they kept on site ruined as a result. P2P was not willing to pay for the products that were ruined because of their negligence. They failed to pay for the trash service, so trash was pilled up outside the dumpster for several weeks. They failed to pay the internet bill, so there was no internet in the building for several weeks. Internet was apart of the original amenities and is absolutely necessary for tenants to conduct business. The last straw for myself and most of the tenants in the building was that they sent out a notification that they would be cutting out most of the amenities and charging a $75 service fee on top of the rent. Once I moved out and got my deposit back, I noticed that it was minus $7 from my original deposit. I spoke to them and they said it was because I said I would be out by the 1st of the month and that they charged me a pro rated amount for that day. I argued that didn't make any sense and that when someone says they would be gone on the 1st, that means they aren't there and if anything they should be paying me a weeks worth of rent since I wasn't able to work from the office because they failed to pay the internet bill. They said they would give me the pro rated amount back. A year later they haven't I'm pretty sure I'm missing a few more stories about situations in which they were unprofessional. You can find an article online about how empty the building is now and how the owner is offering free rent and that this all had to do with COVID. Extremely far from the truth, just read the above. Stay away from any building managed by this company
Negative experience: Very poor responsiveness. Getting information in order to address issues at my property is tedious and time consuming. Might as well property manage my rental myself.
Negative experience: Don't even have words for what a clown show of a "property management" company is being run here
Negative experience: I rented with P2P for three years. During that time, they were consistently difficult to communicate with, rude, uncaring, and disorganized. Emails and phone calls often went unanswered for days/weeks/forever. During a period of time when the owners were considering doing some landscaping work, I respectfully asked, with several weeks notice, that the noisy work be scheduled around my work schedule, as I was working nights and needed to sleep during the day. P2P refused to work with me on scheduling at times that worked for everyone and stopped answering my calls and emails when I tried to escalate to a manager. They also refused to extend our lease by 2 weeks this spring, forcing us to move all of our belongings into storage and find temporary housing during COVID, despite the fact that there were no renters moving in after us. Most recently, they sent our security deposit to the wrong address, refused to acknowledge that it was their fault, and took nearly a week to respond to our email about it (though we have since received the check). I would STRONGLY advise avoiding renting with this company.
Negative experience: Had one of my worst housing experience with this company. If you try contacting them by email, the respond time will be from 1 hour to never. Totally depends on if they get something(money) from the issue. And if you try calling them, its always going to be leaving a voicemail, or the receptionist will say that she will note it down and call back. And you might have guessed it, the response time is also the same. The landlord was a really nice person, and helped out with a lot of things during my time staying there. However, it seems that the company can do many things without the permission of the landlord or the tenant. The landlord was even suprised with what the company did to his house, despite him telling the company not doing so in advance. No matter if you're trying to rent out, or looking for a place to live, it would be a wise choice to stay away from this company. I would give 0 or even negative rating if I could.
Negative experience: SHAME ON PEAKS TO PLAINS!! They are raising my rent $100 per month during the outbreak. True GREED!
Negative experience: People that only care about money giving less to what they were supposed to give to the people it is not a good company to stay or deal with because they just robbers in the soot and selling in the office
Negative experience: Amanda McCoy's incompetence is matched only by her rudeness and disregard for the tenants. I have been renting a property "managed" by Peaks to Plains for about 9 months. In the beginning of July the glass door for my shower fell off the hinge and shattered, luckily no one was seriously injured. My 2 roommates and myself spent 3 days calling and trying to get in touch with someone before Amanda finally decided to answer her phone. She assured us that she would get right on it. I foolishly wasted 5 days after she answered her phone, trusting her to do her job. On the 5th day I used my lunch break to call her again because we had heard nothing from her office. Upon inquiring about the status she said she had done nothing about it yet and was waiting for pictures of the damaged parts and this was the first any of us heard of a need for pictures. She later admitted to using this time to try to find a way to blame us for the damages. On the rest of the phone call she blatantly refused to answer many of my questions. Repeatedly interupted and tried to talk over me. The day that she finally contacted a 3rd part vender to take care of the repairs they were out at our place before noon. They confirmed that the damages were in no way our fault and in fact the shower door was only connected to the dryway and had no sturdy anchoring. A few days after that I called the vender trying to get any information as Amanda was unhelpful at the best of time. And from them I heard that Amanda had infact been calling them but to try to convince them that the damages were our fault so she could make us pay for it. Todays date is August 2nd and we are still waiting to have our shower door replaced.
Negative experience: Update 2: Although Katy was great to deal with and got things done, I'm unfortunately stuck dealing with Amanda McCoy for several issues. She is the most incompetent person I've dealt with in all of my years of renting. They don't keep up with the property and Amanda even sent me a view as her "evidence" that they were taking care of it. The landscaper said the grass is dead and shows my dead bushes in the video. If you are looking for a quality company to manage your properties, this is not the company. They were managing for our entire community, but I heard from the owners in our community that the association opted to drop Peaks to Plains due to their incompetence. I am stuck with them for now as a renter, but plan to talk to the owners of the rentals about my recurrent issues with this company. _________________________________________________________________ Update: I contacted the owner of my townhouse and he put me in touch with Katy, a new manager at Peaks to Plains. She has been very helpful thus far and apologized for dropping the ball in the past. Everyone deserves a second chance. ___________________________________________________________________ I’ve lived in a townhouse managed by peaks to plains for about 9 months. From the time of our first showing we should’ve known better than to sign our lease. This company is the absolute worst management company I’ve ever dealt with. I reported a broken window about 5 months ago that hasn’t been addressed. They have yet to send me one water bill in the last 9 months, which was supposed to be sent quarterly. On top of it all, about three weeks ago they sent me a past due invoice for snow removal, management fees, and landscaping from 4/14-11/12. It was the first time I’ve seen any of these charges, yet they added a past due charge. They are attempting to charge me for fees that are not in my lease. When I ask to see where I signed that I’m responsible for them, they ignore and send another email asking for the fees. You can’t make this stuff up. I won’t be renewing my lease and I feel bad for the owners because they are great people that are losing a perfectly good tenant because of the incompetence of their management company.
Thank You for updating your review Daniel. We appreciate your tenancy!
Negative experience: Not sure how this company got above one star as an average. I had so many problems with this company as soon as I signed the lease. They were supposed to get new flooring before I moved in and delayed the move in date only to have nothing changed when I moved in. Then maybe 3 months after living there I get an email at 6 am on a Monday from them saying that I need to have all of my furniture moved off of the carpeted areas by 8:30 am that same day. I had work that day and couldn't move anything on such short notice so they charged me a moving fee. Then they claimed that my rent check bounced and demanded two months rent by the end of the day or I would get evicted. I knew that the rent came out so I called them and they were immediately rude to me. And just said to call my bank. So I did and my bank confirmed that the rent amount was taken out of my account and gave me a transaction number to confirm it. I called peaks to plains back to give them the number but they just said, "What am I supposed to do with this number?!" And refused to help in any way to clear up the confusion. I had never been late on rent or missed rent before! But I was treated horribly! Then finally Peaks to Plains called me back saying they made a mistake and it was actually a different tenant that missed the payment . I did get a letter with an apology in the mail but still. No need to be SO nasty to me on the phone. I also have emails from this company with the correct physical address showing that I was a tenant and that this is the correct company. But nice try.
Hello Brittany - Unfortunately you have the wrong company. You are not listed as a tenant in any of our properties that we manage. If you could kindly remove this review, it would be appreciated.
Fantastic experience: Hello, I'm hoping this message will get forwarded to the owners/managers. I would like to rain praise upon Amanda McCoy. I've lived at the Two Creeks Crossing apartments for over a year and have sent in several maintenance requests. Amanda has always responded quickly, professionally and kindly. Every single maintenance request I've submitted has always been addressed immediately and done satisfactorily (kudos to your maintenance personnel, as well!). Know that you have an excellent employee in Amanda!
Negative experience: Minus 20 stars. I was in the midst of renting through this company. The non-refundable app fee was paid online and a portion of rent paid in person. After speaking with both parties involved, the move in date was being agreed upon. There was no start of contract yet and without it no move in date finalized. Yet, without notice or communication it was rented to someone else. I understand if parties wanted to get someone in sooner, they just should have expressed such. When I requested the refund of the portion of rent paid since they rented to someone else, I was told they will not refund it. To add to worse, verbally they are trying to call the portion of rent paid something else, when the receipt clearly says it was for rent. When I asked for corporate or owner contact information to place complaint, Amanda stated only herself and Katy were available. I do not recommend this company at all.
Hello Chinwendu - Unfortunately, you had an application that was ran and approved for move in. You elected not to move in the property. You signed and executed an addendum that stated these fees were non refundable.
Negative experience: Peaks to Plains contracted to help manage our development and they have been simply terrible. I know the owners personally and it still hasn't helped. The development has not been maintained, there is constantly trash throughout the area, there are several dead plants that need to be replaced, they have billed for services that were not provided, they don't return phone calls, and they don't seem to care about their customers. #ripoff #noresponse #unhappycustomer #crooks
Fantastic experience: Peaks to Plains is family run, and the Miller family has always worked hard to treat people in a human way, despite this being a tough business in the booming Denver economy. No one is perfect, but they have always acted in good faith to rectify any situation they are faced with, or any problem they may have mistakenly caused. It is the personality of the team there, and their values and culture that make them a good choice to pair up with. If you rent from them or have them represent you to your tenants, you are making a good choice.
Thank you for the kind words Brittany. We appreciated your tenancy over the years!
Positive experience: UPDATE: The owner reached out to correct the poor experience which is always appreciated. He offered a refund of the application fee in light of the experience which suggests that this was a one-time occurance. I would reconsider working with this company in the future. Friendly in person, but strangely distant and shrouded 2nd,3rd, and 4th impressions. Being unsure of the relationship and reliability we ultimately ultimately decided to withdraw our rental application due to our interaction with this company.
Fantastic experience: After managing our property ourselves; we ended up with a HORRIBLE tenant. Did not pay rent; refused to leave and caused major damage. We called Peaks to Plains to help. They worked to evict our Tenant, repair the damage and place/ lease to a great new tenant. We could not have done it without their help. Now they manage our property in a professional way and we no longer have to worry about our rental. Funds come early every month and they take care of all work orders/ repairs. Highly recommend them and thank you all SO MUCH for your help!!! Great team and wish we hired Peaks to Plains earlier. Makes it easy!!!
Fantastic experience: Peaks to Plains was a great leasing company and although me nor my roommate met all the office staff in person they all treated us kindly and were very personable! We loved our home so much and were very sad when we had to leave to go to graduate school. Highly recommend you check out this company!
Fantastic experience: Peaks to Plains is the best Property Manager in Denver! There team is always so helpful, and work hard to make their tenants and owners happy. A tough business, they work to make it easy for everyone!
Negative experience: The company I was renting from before was awesome but the owner decided to sell. We had to look for another place and wanted to rent with the same condos for our kids since they loved where we were and we had made good friends with our neighbors. There was a condo across from the one we were previously renting which was managed by Peaks to Plains and we were eager to rent it. However, the person we went through CHERYL TALLEY didn't want to do the leg work and I believed she lied to us stating it had been rented after not getting rented for four months. I later found out by my H.R. manager that Cheryl Talley was real nasty to him and was quite irritated about having to call a main number that was provided to her for both mine and my husband's employment verification which she made clear she didn't need because she wasn't calling. (Most companies have a separate line to verify employment which I wasn't aware of) but her in the business should know that or at least should've tried since we paid The application fee. The application fee at $50 per person is NOT cheap especially when you have someone who did not fully try. So needless to say we lost our money and till the day we moved we still haven't seen anyone living in that condo. Way to work hard for your owners trying to rent their properties. They would've had a tenant by now had she just called to verify our employment. Would never recommended this company to tenants or owners. The only other review on this place is obviously related to this Cheryl Talley which males you wonder if it's even a legit review as Idaa the only review she's ever done as well.
Fantastic experience: Everyone here was always incredibly nice. If there was ever a problem they worked quickly and efficiently to make it right and/or get it fixed no matter what the problem may have been. I have lived in a couple of different rentals and these ladies and gentlemen are by far the best I have ever dealt with! Highly recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Peaks to Plains and wish you the absolute best!
