Fantastic experience: Update: I have done 5 transactions with Alex, 3 purchases and 2 sales. Some have been related to my personal home purchases and some have been involved with investment/rental properties. There’s a reason I continue to use him, he’s been great and helped in multiple ways over all the transactions. I know everything will be handled when working with him. Alex helped me and my brother buy an investment property in Tacoma that had two houses on one property (ADU). We were looking for a very specific setup to match our situation, and Alex helped us sort through and visit many listings. The house we eventually decided on had major issues after inspection and Alex worked through all the difficult conversations getting the seller to eventually pay for the repairs so that we could get the house in good condition. Because of the major repairs, the transaction ran into delays and unusual circumstances, but he was there the whole time and got us through the other end amazingly. Very happy and will definitely work with Alex again in the future!

Fantastic experience: We have had Alex sell two properties. One was owned by three siblings who do not communicate with each other. Alex navigated this minefield and got the job done. The second property was owned by my wife and I and leased to our daughter. Due to Covid and her profession as a teacher the showing opportunities were limited. Alex was able to work with all parties.
