Fantastic experience: One day my friend invited me to a beautiful house for a house opening event. The couple and everyone else was extremely pleased by the house and credited their realtor Antony for their wonderful journey and nice experience in getting it. That's the way I was introduced to Antony. For me I wanted to sell a house and that was the best decision I made for myself. Antony is very patient and knowledgeable in what he does. He walked me thru my journey and he was very gracious through out this journey. I now realize why everyone had recommended him. Antony works with your schedule. At the time I was seeking my house it was a tough market but he walked with me, step by step and I have never heard him complain even once. What I like the most, Anthony behaved like he was still competing for my transaction even though I was the one who reached out to him and asked him to be my agent. He understood what I wanted and was very opened to giving me market insights. Ultimately, when it came to decision-making, I could sense that he would not push or rush me on a direction or another. It was our house and not his, he really behave like a counsel. He wanted to make sure every documents I signed was vetted by him before I sign. At the end, we got a great deal and he negotiated seller's credit ($18K) and price drop on our behalf from the seller who had preferred lenders while we did not go thru their lenders. Despite having to deal with hitches here and there especially to do with financing, Anthony took it upon himself to even do some minor repairs on the property when we had to change from a conventional to an FHA mortgage. Few agents would be willing to do this. What's more, he was a valuable asset to us any time we needed to talk to him. He made numerous suggestions and gave valuable advice that ensured we closed on the property.
