Fantastic experience: I worked with Megan on a complicated situation that she had been working on involving a home that was about to be condemned, with a pending foreclosure and two young men who were about to be on the streets because they didn’t know what to do after their mother passed away. Megan went above and beyond in a way I’ve never seen. She stepped in to help these two young men, handling everything with compassion and patience. She personally drove them to banks, notary appointments, and government offices to get birth certificates, death certificates, and everything else, while also fighting with the bank to buy them time during the foreclosure. This was not a big commission deal, but she worked so hard on this you would have thought it was. She did it because she has compassion and really cares. I would highly recommend Megan to anyone who wants an agent with heart, hustle, and integrity.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I can’t recommend Megan highly enough! Our Tacoma home had previously been listed with another agent and had gone stale after sitting on the market for more than a month without an offer. Fantastic experience: Years ago, I had a favorite student. You just don't forget those special kids. Luckily, I taught with her mother so I was able to keep in contact with Megan Hughes White as she grew up. When it came time to sell my mother-in-law's house, I suggested to my husband that he contact her. He did and was so impressed with her suggestions. We weren't able to use her services then because his brother decided to buy it from us. But a few years later, I was ready to sell my house and the first and only person I thought of was Megan. The first time she visited, she suggested some ways to make my place look better. I found each one very reasonable and followed through by hiring people she recommended. She has a nice group of people she relies on, and now I rely on them as well. Uber professionals and very personable people. She suggested staging and I resisted at first. When I bought the house, it was empty and that's the way I thought it would sell best. She convinced me; and again, I'm glad I listened to her. The place looked adorable! I loved her ideas and frankly, wished I had her to decorate the place years ago! The house was on the market for a few days when an offer came in. They loved the place and that made me so happy because I wanted someone in there that appreciated the house like we did. I know--you can't control that, and nor should you, but I was very pleased a young couple would be living there. Megan made the rest of the process so easy. At one point, she told me a phone call needed to be made and I said I'd do it, but she said, "No, I've got this." I know that isn't that big of a deal in the big picture, but it made me feel relieved that someone else was handling these bits. She kept me well informed during the entire process with texts and phone calls. Again, the peace of mind was priceless. The house closed last Wednesday, and I am so pleased that my former student was now the teacher and led me through a process that was complicated to me but doable for her. It made me so proud to watch her be the professional I knew she had in her. She has found her niche in this job that isn't 9 to 5, but she seems to delight in what needs to be done. I could not ask for better service with a better person.

Fantastic experience: I want to preface this email by saying i am an ex-mortgage loan officer and have literally dealt with hundreds of Realtors. I was introduced to Megan White by a handyman we have used for several issues with our home (Joe VanPatten whom is also amazing) I was a bit uncertain at first because she is such a nice person and i really thought the sale of our home needed a very aggressive Seller’s Agent.
