Negative experience: This management company has been managing the property next to mine here in Manor in the Briarcreek subdivision. The current renters have car parts everywhere including my yard. They also have pets that keep coming into my yard. One of them is very aggressive. Ive made a number of calls to Bigham and they never return my calls or fix the issues with the renters

Fantastic experience: We rented with Anne and the team at Bingham Associates for 3.5 yrs and wound up buying the home when the owner decided to sell Anne was always so helpful from beginning to end! Travis was a great guy he showed my husband and I the house originally our kids really felt comfortable around them and anytime we had any issue at all it was immediately put into the que to be taken care of! If you’re looking for a rental company or management company look no further!

Negative experience: I've been renting a property managed by jim and Liz Bigham and I can say without a doubt that they are the Worst and most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. When I called to inform them that my fence went down Liz immediately starting laughing and being extremely condescending, then continued to cut me off while I was trying to explain the situation. After that gross display of customer service I asked to speak with someone else. Jim then answered the phone and immediately started cursing and being belligerent. When I told him that he was being rude, his excuse was that he was a marine and that I "brought it out of him." Which was odd because I hadn't provoked such a response. It took over 8 months for them to make repairs on my fence. Ordered the wrong replacements parts for my oven. Charged me 40$ for the grass being too long (which wouldn't have been an issue if they had actually sent me the warning notice from the hoa). With all of that being said I have never written a bad review for anyone until now. I recommend not renting from this company and not to have these people run your property. I will never rent from them again nor recommend this company to run anything let alone someone's home.

Fantastic experience: Jim and Liz Bigham manage my rental property in Central Austin. I live in Houston and work on commercial towing vessels on the Western Rivers and Gulf Coast. My busy schedule does not allow me to manage my own property but I know that Bigham Associates is capable of handling whatever is called for in the way of maintenance, repairs, rent collection, and documentation of all the needful paperwork required by the IRS. John Bigham and his sister, Ann Allen have recently joined Bigham Associates as full time managers, ensuring another generation of great management. John and Ann have brought about an expansion of the territory in which the Bighams offer property management and the services offered have also been enhanced with photographic property condition reports, delivery of HVAC filters to the tenants, and various other helpful points that address such concerns as maintenance, repairs, and performing the upgrades that will keep the tenants comfortable, happy, and occupying the property as tenants. One would have to look far and wide to find a better management team than Bigham Associates. They are tops in the business.

Positive experience: This company rates a low B maybe. Always a timely response and good service with any maintenance issue that has come up. But quite critical and heavy on the complaints, some rude comments, unreasonable accusations.

I always found their properties to be well maintained, clean and ready for new tenants. They operate their business systematically which makes doing business with them simple and straight-forward.
