Fantastic experience: Kelly was a wonderful agent from the start. When we told Kelly we were in the very beginning stages of looking for a home, she immediately treated us as real buyer and went full force into showing us homes and spent a lot of time with us, even before our pre-qual letter was even ready! We eventually fell in love with a fixer-upper with a very difficult corporate seller and tenant, but she was undeterred. There were many frustrating circumstances the seller put us through and a difficult mortgage loan situation due to the economic climate, but Kelly fought strongly for everything in our buyer's contract getting us exactly what we wanted even when we thought we were going to have to compromise. She also communicated closely with all the various stakeholders in the process and saved the deal multiple times. We are still in awe of how she got the deal done. I have recommended her to all my family and friends.

Negative experience: Kelly Reed was the listing agent for one of the property we closed in Round Rock, TX a week ago. She completely misrepresented the sq ft of the home and false advertised the property with a bigger sq ft information. When I found it just few days before closing she was not responsive and was saying your home has appraised for what the lender wants and why do you care. Home being appraised or not was not our question we want the home to be of the actual sq ft as false advertised by her. She also said that we will lose the earnest money which is really huge if we want to back out. She made use of the incorrect sq ft in Tax record and said she can easily get away using that incorrect information. The MLS listing history clearly has evidence on what the builder originally posted this property for. Beware there could be lots of misrepresentation in her listings and i am still fighting to report to Texas Realtor Board and file a litigation REPLY: Yes ofcourse i am definitely referring to you Kelly Reed from Classic Realty. I hope you atleast agree that you misrepresented the home with incorrect sq footage. Even when we reached out to you last week that the house was not left in the way that was promised and it had issues. You never ever returned our call and just texted saying "The transaction is closed and you don't care about anything"
