Each time we came to check on the house Lauren would be sure to meet us at the property and make sure everything was going smoothly on our end. She is the epitome of professionalism, understanding the business aspect of real estate just as well as she does the interpersonal relationships. Lots of realtors are friendly and personal, and lots of them are business savvy, but few manage to be equal parts of both as well as Lauren does. Our experience buying and selling a home in the midst of COVID could have been a nightmare, but Lauren went above and beyond to ensure that our search and our listing could be done safely and effectively. There was no question that she put our family's safety foremost. Who could have imagined the need to adapt to an environment like what we've had in 2020, but Lauren did so with aplomb.
