With considerable experience related to property management, she is very reliable, responds promptly and manages professionally all issues regarding the Home Owners Association, tenants and contractors, as needed. Her accounting proved to be flawless for all these years. The software she is using allows her to generate clear and easy to interpret monthly reports, which are kept up-to-date with very useful year‐end summaries, clearly itemizing all activities, including  invoices paid directly by her to various contractors. Having her on site in Estero has proven to be most helpful while we are in the Chicago area when renting. Our very first tenants were difficult, demanding and unreasonable. Robin ran interference for us daily and recognized that they were trying to scam us out of their lease payments. We would not have been able to resolve this long distance. Negative experience: I would have liked to rate them zero stars but google won’t allow that. They were horribly unprofessional and how little to no clue on how to be proper landlords. If I can give everyone a piece of advice, DO NOT USE THEM. Listen to all the bad reviews on here because THEY ARE CORRECT!! I cannot emphasize this enough. They were never in the office and never available. Anthony was rude and acted like a five year old throwing a temper tantrum when we asked questions about our lease or if anything inconvenienced him. If you do choose to use them or are stuck using them, do the walkthroughs TOGETHER with them. WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN AND DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. Also, even if you get the carpets professionally cleaned they will still take it out of your deposit. So get ready for them to take your money.

Negative experience: Anthony has a condescending attitude - you don’t feel welcome sitting and speaking with him He talks too much about himself - are we there to discuss a property or hear about his personal life ? I’m confused ... Went to another realty company and we found the perfect condo Thanks for nothing , you arrogant gasbag

Negative experience: Did I mention that they didn’t give me my $1,000 deposit back because I didn’t have the carpets professionally cleaned and I only put 2 coats of paint on the wall instead of 3 coats after renting from them for 4 years never missing a payment and never being late? The AC only broke down 7 times before they replaced it. But hey, at least they didn’t verbally belittle me to my face, they did that in a note the handyman accidentally left behind in my house.

Negative experience: Sandpiper managed a condo we lived in and we had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Don't take your chances on a company with bad reviews, hire a company with a good reputation.

Fantastic experience: We tried 4 other companies that were less than acceptable. We've now been with Sandpiper Realty and Management for several years and have been totally satisfied with our experience. Anthony is personable and he actually listened and heard what our concerns were. He has always been there when we've needed something done. He goes beyond the call of duty. We are so happy we found Sandpiper Realty and Management. Five starts just isn't enough. I give them 10 stars!

Fantastic experience: I was very happy with my experience with Sandpiper. They were available anytime I had questions, got a full refund on my deposit, and I will definitely use them again.

Negative experience: Was a tenant, will avoid this company in the future. Took my security deposit over regular wear and tear items like paint. Inhabited a house listed by this company and it had pests. They had the audacity to charge me a pest control fee on move-out, even though the home had pests when I moved in. Unprofessional to be honest, they did not know much about the property. I was told it was on well water, to find out on move in that it was city water. How do you not know this? It takes a simple walk around the property to figure out there is no water treatment system/ well pump on the property. First and last time dealing with Sandpiper.

Negative experience: Unapologetic thieves that will keep your deposit regardless of what you do and promise the world and deliver nothing. Anthony and his company actually had us removed from our apartment after we had already renewed our lease. Once it was discovered my wife was pregnant, all of a sudden the owners family needs the apartment and they ripped up our lease renewal, leaving us with nowhere to go while she’s 8 months pregnant. This place along with Fountain Lakes has no morals, dignity, or compassion. Pray for them.

Negative experience: This Realty Group are unprofessional. I lest several messages over the course of 30 days+ and never once received a callback. Yesterday the property I'm interested in went into contract.

Negative experience: I moved out of my apartment. I had the walls and carpet professionally done. I left the apartment in superb condition better than my move-in. Mr. Anthony Hopper refused to refund my deposit. He stated he didn’t have time to check the condition of his apartment rentals and for me to drop off the key in his mailbox. Mr. Hopper failed to check the condition of the apartment and to properly notify me of any discrepancies, which I know there were none. Mr. Anthony Hopper is unprofessional and unethical.
