Negative experience: I received a somewhat odd call from Karen at Premier Plus Realty who was inquiring about a house for sale. I explained to her that it was a limited representation by the agent but that I was glad to speak to her about coordinating with the buyers she said she was representing. This was explained several times but she did not seem to register it and at some point just hung up. It was an odd interaction and It seemed to me that she may have been calling simply because she thought it was a for sale by owner and she wanted to represent us.

Negative experience: FIND ANOTHER REALTOR. ON THURSDAY, JULY 2020, EMAILED REALTOR TERI ZANELLA. ASKED HER 5 QUESTIONS ABOUT A PROOERTY BEFORE REACHING OUT FOR AN APPOINTMENT. ANSWERED 2 OF THE QUESTIONS. PROCEEDED TO TELL ME HER TIME IS VALUABLE , DRAWS THE LINE ON THE AMOUNT OF QUESTIONS, ALREADY ANSWERED A FEW AND SHE DRAWS THE LINE. I ONLY EMAILED HER ONCE THIS AM ON THE PROPERTY. NEVER NEVER REACH OUT TO THIS RUDE REALTOR

Negative experience: I’ve had to file a lawsuit against one of their Realtors for trademark infringement. The owner Kevin jarrett knows about the infringement and has done nothing to correct the situation

Negative experience: My husband and I had a horrible experience with Victor. Never again would I do business with him or Premiere Plus Realty.
