Fantastic experience: We had our house listed for 7 months with Redfin...SEVEN months...multiple failed offers/sales. It all boiled down to pour representation during the negotiating period. I called Jack after following him on social media (he is technically distant family) and asked if he would consider listing our house for us for 30 days before we rented it out. He literally said, I will have it sold in days but sure I will list it for a month. He wasn't kidding. It was pending within 72 hours with multiple offers, and It was sold (closed and funded) in under 3 weeks. INSANE. Shout out to Jack and his team for a job well done!

Fantastic experience: Jack’s service was phenomenal.

Negative experience: Zillow won't post bad reviews. Nor will they respond to my request to explain why. I'll summarize. Jack told me he'd get me 1.5M and would take care of cleaning and moving just to get me under contract. Sold for 1.305 with no movers like he promised. He also posted we sold for 1.32M on his social media. Why lie? He went missing in the middle of our deal after going on vacation to "no reception areas", with no backup to call. He will tell you half truths. And then back track and say that's not what he said when confronted. He used my house to film promo videos for himself behind my back while I took time off work to be out. For that he was an hour late to show and 2 hours late to leave. He said he'd "make it up to me", wanna guess if he did? Selling a house costs way more money than it should. Especially at this price point. Save yourself the stress and find someone who truely cares about their clients and won't lie to cover themselves and make a buck.

Fantastic experience: Simply Amazing. Made selling my house (four days and sold!) so simple and stress free. I've owned other houses and always felt like it was such a stressful, hard, time consuming task and that was not the case with Jack AT ALL. I wish I could give him more stars than 5. Also, should mention, that while calmly selling my house and 8 others, he managed to get married AND be on honeymoon. Not one slip up or miscommunication. He was responsive and a joy to work with when selling my home.
