Negative experience: We are relocating from out-of-state. Due to having to sell our house we owned in Colorado for less than what we paid for it. Two years after we bought it we had to come to closing with cash out-of-pocket, which long story short to put us in a bad credit situation so our credit score is poor at this time which we are aware of. So renting is the only option for us at this time. We toured a house Heather Brown was showing in Hillsboro. She seemed very nice. We applied for it and then we were never contacted. We were ignored when tried to contact her and it was very unprofessional. We know the situation we’re in, but our income is very high, even though our credit score is low and we have proof of excellent rent payments for the last year and we paid our mortgages for seven years before that. The least you can do if you’re not going to approve a client is to let them know. She did not. We could’ve provided a co-signer, longer lease term, or a higher deposit or better yet all of the above. Again, very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: My recent experience with two outstanding realtors at Premier Property Group transformed what typically would be a stressful process, navigating a labyrinth of regulations and timelines into an enjoyable and seamless journey. Derek Fiscus and Jason Lavery were exceptionally committed to our home-buying needs, allowing us to find a home quickly and confidently while being under budget. Their extensive knowledge of the local market was evident from the outset. Not only did they bring their own expertise to the table, but also an extensive network including local inspectors, and contractors. Having a real estate team you can trust is invaluable. This proved to be true when we found ourselves working with a seller's agent that did not prioritize customer service. This could have been a recipe for disaster, but Derek and Jason remained proactive, while anticipating challenges and getting us to close on time. Their expertise made us feel confident and empowered as first-time homebuyers; for this we are grateful.

Negative experience: Scott shannon. Did not know how to do real estate. He went ahead and lowered house with out owners legal signature. He did not check on house when there was a showing which a broken lamp happened. He lies terrible. Seems very nice at first but beware. May2024 all happened. Sold his house and didn't do anything in 3 weeks of prime for clients

Negative experience: Realtor Kelly White advertised for a specific price but when I arrived the price was different and I was met with a bad attitude.

Fantastic experience: We work with Rich Brooke in finding the right house for us. From the get-go, Rich sends us the listing meeting our criteria, he can recommend which area is good for appreciation, he is super quick in setting up touring appointment, he gets to the house before the appointment time and provides all the information on the house so that we can make a better decision in picking the right house. He is very responsive in emails and phone calls. He provides 5-star customer service every time, he is very easy to work with, super friendly. I recommend Rich to everyone who wants to buy and sell their property.

Negative experience: Learn to use the do not call registry. Do not cold call me about selling my house. The only thing this gets you is: 1. an assurance that I will not use you to sell my house 2. an assurance that I will not sell my house to anyone you represent. Continuing to call will not result in me changing my mind about your company.

When I confronted the realtor about it, he yelled at me and then said something about how he'd use his IT to make me sorry. Not sure what he meant, but totally ridiculous. 1 star!

Fantastic experience: Did not represent me well in my sale. They kept refusing to negotiate and kept encouraging me to take lowball offers to get things over with quickly. A few weeks after the sale my neighbor sold his house for 40% higher. 1/5 stars

Negative experience: Carla little with Premier Property Group is advertising a condo in downtown Portland (2083 NW johnson #1)as being available To rent 30 days at a time no rental cap. She even told my realtor 30 day rentals were allowed. We put in and had an offer accepted, deposited earnest money, and were so excited and then I found an amendment in the HOA that only allows 90 day rentals. We pulled out, got our earnest money back and this realtor still has it advertised as a 30 day rental. Luckily i dug through the title and found this amendment, but another buyer may not be as thoughrough. This is so unethical. I will definitely report this realtor and company. Buyers beware.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I were so lucky to have Susan Figgs and Vickie Brooks as our agents. As first time home buyers the process was very foreign to us. Susan and Vickie did a fantastic job explaining the process. Questions were encouraged and answered promptly. We ran into some difficulty with the seller, but Susan and Vickie handled it very professionally on our behalf. Negative experience: Please don’t use Jamie Johns Manske from the Lake Oswego office. She ended up lying to her clients (the sellers of our house) and my agent and caused horrible miscommunication, confusion and delays for us all. Our sellers had asked her to put in the contract that they had 3 days after closing to move and she failed to do this. Instead of coming clean with her mistake she contacted my agent 5 days before closing to ask for the additional 3 days because “the sellers could not find movers”. We had already made plans to take off work and get movers so we declined the extension based on the idea they could easily call another company. When our sellers heard this they immediately told Jamie their was no way they could be out by closing. We never heard anything back until 2 hours before we were supposed to get the keys on closing day at 5pm. Our sellers were in a major bind because they did not have possession of their new house so had nowhere to move to- this was never communicated to us by Jamie Johns Manske. She easily could have admitted her mistake and explained the sellers situation, she instead decided to lie and blame things either on us or on the seller or our agent. She even told my agent that him and her should just let us sort it out since “the deal is done” and they got their money. This was beyond unprofessional. I came to find this all out by actually going over and speaking to the sellers face to face. They were embarrassed and amazed that someone would treat them and us with such disrespect. They ended up being super nice people and we were able to come to a solution ourselves. My agent reached out to the principal broker Kelly Yock to lodge a complaint and never heard back. To add insult to injury the company took 2 weeks to remove their large for sale sign from our property (after we placed 3 calls). I’m not sure about the other agents but please think twice before you use Jamie Johns Manske.

Negative experience: My experience with Premiere Property Group LLC. and Mike Creighton Principal Broker. Premiere Property Group LLC. held about four open houses in about five months. Premiere Property Group LLC. allowed my multi bathroom house to be advertised as one (1) bathroom. Premiere Property Group LLC. requested that I reduce the asking price by $80,000; when I did not agree Premiere Property Group LLC. requested to terminate the Listing Agreement. Premiere Property Group LLC. presented an Addendum between a Buyer and Seller and told me that was the Listing Agreement Termination Addendum. Premiere Property Group LLC. past actions in my opinion do not demonstrate ‘professionalism’. Our family is Military, US Navy. Regrettably I am crippled which requires two crutches or two walking poles for me to make each step. I am an out of state owner of a Portland Oregon property. Earlier this year I signed a Listing Agreement with Premiere Property Group LLC. The Premiere Property Group LLC Agent is Diana Davis, Mike Creighton is the Premiere Property Group LLC. Principal Broker. Mrs. Davis of Premiere Property Group LLC., provided Comparables and an agreed upon listing price was established. In June 2018 I wondered why the property had not sold and I discovered that advertisements indicated one bathroom when the property has multiple bathrooms. I requested that the advertisements be corrected and the response was ‘no’, I insisted and Mrs. Davis responded ‘it lowers your property taxes to show one bathroom’, needless to say this response was disappointing. I demanded a correction and finally the correction was made. The Property is vacant (staged) and no material changes occurred during the Listing duration. There were about four open houses over approximately five to six months. In July 2018 within two months of the end of the listing agreement term Mrs. Davis, requested nearly $80,000 price reduction without any justification such as a major change to the community or property. To promote the sale, I agreed to nearly $40,000 reduction. A few days later Mrs. Davis of Premiere Property Group LLC. asked to terminate our Listing Agreement and presented a form that indicated it was between Buyer and Seller, she said that it was a Listing Agreement Termination Addendum. This Addendum specifically stated the parties as Buyer and Seller. Since the Agent was not a Buyer I replied with a request: 1. The Listing Agreement Termination Addendum include the applicable parties: Agent, Broker, and Seller; 2. After execution of Addendum the Agent has no entitlement to commission from a future sale, and 3. any damage done on the property by Agent-paid-Stagers and the ‘For Sale’ sign is to be remedied. The Agent refused to include this language, and informed the Broker, Mike Creighton. Mike Creighton, the Broker at Premiere Property Group LLC., requested that I sign the same erroneous form that indicated the parties were Buyer and Seller. My response was the same, I pointed out that my requested terms were typical for terminating an Listing Agreement; I asked ‘what was the real reason that Premiere Property Group LLC. did not want to include my terms?’ The Brokers response was “I take umbrage with your assertion that there is any 'real reason'. I am a professional Real Estate Principal Broker”. I thanked him for his response then reminded him that I was willing to negotiate terms. Obviously Premiere Property Group LLC. does not want resolve or discuss the terms. In a few weeks the Listing Agreement will expire and the exit terms of that Agreement do not address damages. The staging altered the interior and removal will leave damage; the sign post will need to be removed which will reveal landscape damage. Being crippled and out of state presents challenges such as how to remedy these damages. The Listing Agreement ends in early September 2018. After Premiere Property Group LLC. Listing Agreement terminates I will provide an update on this website.

Negative experience: Premier Property Group is showing a house at 2402 N Blandena St Portland 97217. The agent is Brian Eustis. I would caution anyone dealing with this company and realtor to ask for a full disclosure about this property, including but not limited to: Any construction liens on the property The status of the Stop Work order from the City of Portland on the house for being over height ( the developer, CityCraft, removed the Stop Work order to “show “ the house) Other code violations which will need to be resolved before a final inspection is issued The fact that the entire property is in an area designated high probability earthquake and rapidly moving landslide

They walked me through every aspect from the initial listing to the title paperwork and made a very scary process palpable! Negative experience: Buyer beware, not of the seller but of the realtor. Premiere Property Group will guarantee you one thing. They will get their commission. Other than that, you're on your own. Worst real estate experience I've ever had. CAVEAT EMPTOR.

Fantastic experience: I joined Premiere Property Group because I liked the staff and other brokers who go out of their way to be helpful. That is matched by the technology, synergy, energy and highly competitive fees. I can use any of the many Premiere Property Group offices around town and all my machine settings are the same, so I don't waste time driving back to my home office.

To be honest, we probably wouldn't have been able to make the move if it wasn't for Vicki, Tom and their team. We've worked with many realtors and none have been as knowledgeable, responsive and hard working as they are. They showed us countless properties in person and via FaceTime all over Greater Portland, Tigard, Tualatin and Lake Oswego. Their experience in this market made all the difference and never felt pressured into making a decision we weren't comfortable with. We are very particular buyers and their patience was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend using them if you are looking to buy or sell a house in this highly competitive market.

Negative experience: Friends don't let friends do Premier Property Management! Period. I rented from them for 3 years. They stink. Communication? Fail Fix problems? Fail Prevent problems? Fail I've rented from half a dozen different companies in the past. This company takes ignoring your problems and ineffectual fixes to a whole new level. You can count on them to ignore your problems for at least 30 days. Then they will send repairmen to your house while you're not there. Odds are high that the problem won't get fixed properly once someone does manage to arrive at a reasonable time. I eventually discovered that threatening legal action gets them to move, but if you take away the stick for a second, they revert to their sloth-like ways. I'd advise having a lawyer you can call for assistance if you're going to be renting from them. They attempted to illegally change the fee structure & rent in the middle of a lease, they spent months denying/ignoring that the roof was leaking (despite 2 independent roofing companies confirming the problem), and on at least three occasions they sent written notices late or to the wrong address {how do you get the address wrong for your renters might I ask?}. Whether you are an owner and need a property management company or a renter looking for a place to live, go elsewhere! The average teenager has a higher level professionalism than you can expect from PPG.

Negative experience: Will never do business with them ever again , never answered there calls or call you back really bad service
