Fantastic experience: I met Miguel Luna at an open house he was conducting. That particular property was not the right one for me at the time. Miguel asked me what/where I was looking to buy and I told him the size ,style, and price range of home I was interested in. I gave him my number he gave me his card and we parted ways. Over the next several weeks Miguel kept me informed of what was happening in the area(s) I was interested in. Together we looked at several properties over the next month or two. I saw a lot of places that could have worked but just didn't see "the one". Then it happened we found the place!!!! As luck would have it I found the perfect house in the perfect location, we made an offer and it was accepted and I've been living happily ever after!!!! Miguel was never pushy he didn't blow up my phone and after we closed escrow he stayed in touch with me and followed up on anything and every thing that needed it. Overall it was a fabulous home buying experience and on the few occasions I had an inkling to maybe buy a certain home Miguel brought up both the pros and cons of buying said property and kept me headed in the right direction. Because I'm getting up there in years I am confident that this will be the last home I buy. One thing is for sure, if that should ever change Miguel will be the first person I call to help me along!!!!
