Vince is an absolute machine and will answer any question, any phone call, any problem you have with a smile on his face. Fantastic experience: I contacted Vince due to a referral from a friend. I was relocating from Illinois and so we were in contact via phone. We discussed my wants and don’t wants at length. I flew out for a weekend and he had many properties for me to tour. This was at the height of the hot Arizona housing market. We toured all of the properties…he was familiar with all of the areas we visited and was able to tell me all about them. By the end of the weekend he negotiated the price I wanted and I had a contract. He even helped find a few people to do some work that I wanted done on the house. Which was completed within days of my moving in. The whole experience was easy and seamless all the way up to the closing.
