Fantastic experience: I purchased two homes with Nancy and both times had wonderful experiences. Our most recent purchase was particularly special given the high demand for houses in Phoenix. What I enjoy about working with Nancy is her knowledge of the market, her responsiveness, and her ability to act quickly for the right opportunity. Nancy took the time to know our needs and what we wanted in a home. She would keep up with houses as they became available and acted quickly to make sure we had the opportunity to see the house as early as possible. Nancy was always prompt in responding to our queries and always on time for the home tours and guided us exceptionally on the entire home buying process. She helped us in preparing the purchase contract as well, with her guidance we were able to get our offer accepted in a crazy market as we were dealing with other extenuating circumstances. Nancy is highly responsive and always engaged us in a timely manner with all the parties involved and made sure things progressed according to plan. She is also extremely resourceful and able to make recommendations on for other things. Even after closing Nancy is still helping us find Contractors for home renovations and any repairs. I highly recommend Nancy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I have recommended Nancy to my friends and colleagues and I will absolutely go with Nancy again when it is time to purchase a new home.

Fantastic experience: I’m writing this letter to highly recommend Real Estate Agent, Nancy Quiroz with Williams Professional Partners.  Nancy came to me as a referral from a co-worker. My co-worker explained the great experience he had with Nancy. Prior to Nancy, he had been working with several other agents getting no results. He was able to to get an offer and purchase within days of retaining Nancy as his agent. Nancy exhibits exceptional knowledge, grit, and professionalism.  She listens to what the client wants, she never tries to sway you or pressure you into making a decision. If you aren’t satisfied with the showings, she never makes you feel that you should commit. At times I felt I was taking too much time looking at too many different homes. At no time, did Nancy ever make me feel rushed or that I was “wasting” time. She made me feel comfortable selecting the home perfect for me. She always reassured me that we would find what I was looking for. Anytime I would send a text or a call she would respond within. minutes. Once I found my home she continued to communicate closely until my home closed. I would recommend Nancy and Williams Professional Partners to anyone looking to purchase their dream home. And just as I am now, my friend is also enjoying his new home! Thanks Nancy!
