Fantastic experience: When we decided to sell our home in Tartesso, we drove around and went on-line to find active realtors in our area. There were quite a number of realtors out there, but when we looked at the realtors that represented homes recently sold, Steve and Carmen Lance of the Lance Group were far and away one of the top 2 seller agents. The client reviews of the other top realtor were mainly negative whereas the reviews of the Lance Group were very positive. However, it was our first meeting with Steve and Carmen that made it clear that the Lance Group was the choice for us: - Right off, Steve and Carmen came across as friendly, experienced, knowledgeable, and patient with all of our questions - They had prepared a presentation which contained a list of comparable homes currently for sale in our development (i.e., our competitors for a buyer), details about how our home’s attributes would cause our home to be priced higher or lower than the other homes, and current market analysis to help manage our expectations with respect to setting the selling price and the duration of time we could expect our home would be on the market before selling, - We were moving out to another state and were concerned that there might be issues at our vacant home we’d be unaware of that would need immediate attention. Since Steve and Carmen live in Tartesso, they kindly offered to come by on a weekly basis to check on our property. This unexpected service really set our mind at ease. But our positive experience with the Lance Group didn’t stop there. They were responsive and promptly communicated with us when we received offers and/or when there were actions we needed to take or news we needed to be aware of. Steven and Carmen came to the rescue more than once when we needed someone to help with house cleaning, AC repairs, and structural engineering services. They have a list of preferred vendors they trust and contacted them on our behalf and scheduled the work for us. We really appreciated their help In this regard and were happy with the work performed. Best of all, our home sold at the asking price and we received the winning bid in less than 8 days after our home was listed! We credit The Lance Group’s marketing approach which included professional photos that made our home look amazing, virtual tour videos, and listing our home on multiple sites which made sure our home reached the greatest number of potential buyers. Via reviews we knew they were certainly “dialed-in” within the Tartesso Sub-Division that we resided in. Within minutes of Carmen/Steve arriving at our abode, we knew we were going to hire them to sell our home. Once our house was entered into MLS, we had many showings and within a few days we had multiple bona-fide offers. When we had any concern/worry, they immediately responded to us and provided a solution/answer. They are well versed in the housing market and are above reproach.
