Fantastic experience: To say we are grateful for Tamika is an understatement! My husband and I have not stopped bragging on how awesome our realtor is! Tamika made the process of purchasing our first home such a great experience. Months before we were ready to purchase, Tamika met with us to get to know our family and understand our needs and goals. From our first meeting, we knew that Tamika was who we wanted to be our realtor. She gave us an overview of the process and we had clear direction for what we needed to do and who to connect with to be purchase ready. Once we were ready to move forward, Tamika quickly jumped in to guide our process. She took the time to understand what we were looking for so that we didn’t waste time looking at homes that didn’t have all of our “must haves” and/or wouldn’t fit our budget. After a few home visits she had an accurate idea of what both my husband and I were looking for (which wasn’t always aligned) and further refined her suggestions for us. Tamika was so encouraging throughout the entire process even when we had some offers rejected, when it seemed like there weren’t many options that fit our needs, and were up against a tight “deadline” to secure our new home before the arrival of our second child (and our rental lease was up). She kept us motivated and hopeful and helped us not to settle due to external pressures. Fantastic experience: The best!!! Looked at about 30 house before connecting & Working with Tamika. I want to say we looked at about 4 or 5 houses, which she worked around my busy work schedule to see. I put an offer in for one of them which was excepted the next day or so, closed on my house in less than 30 or 40 days. Fantastic experience: This review for Tamika, is long overdue. Her professionalism is rare and her knowledge is invaluable. She has been my friend for over 28 years, so it was no secret she would help me with the process of buying a home. Considering the 28 years of friendship and sisterhood I was a client. She called me Ms. , she definitely knows how to separate business from personal and I appreciated that even more throughout the process. We saw soo many homes, we had offers on a lot of homes, which ended in only 4 contracts. This process during covid was soo nerve wrecking, some days I gave her strong side eyes, when I was outbid on contracts and I didn't really want to speak with her some days.
