Negative experience: The leasing agent, Ali Syed Ahmed, was very rude and unprofessional, and I felt that I was treated unfairly and possibly discriminated against. I sent him a message explaining that I was interested in leasing the property. I was not even asking to submit an application yet—I simply wanted to schedule a tour of the property. Despite the fact that my income is three times the rent and I have an excellent credit score, he stated that the landlord was “not interested in leasing to you” without providing any explanation or legitimate reason. I am very disappointed by this experience and the way I was treated.

Negative experience: The realtor handling the house contract we put a bid on knew we were doing the inspection the same day dropped out of the contract with no explanation and we lost the 425. for the inspection. I may be uninformed about that but I thought an excuse of this. The house is still on the market.

Fantastic experience: I was looking to buy a condo in Chicagoland and since I live in San Diego, it was not an easy task but John Sintich and his team helped me tremendously! He was on the top of everything. I did everything remotely and accomplished everything through him. John , I cannot thank you enough!

Fantastic experience: Nothing but great things to say about Jamie Lemmons and her team. She assisted me selling a home in Orland Park. She was very knowledgeable and more importantly she was very responsive/accessible. She is worth talking with if you are sourcing an agent.

Fantastic experience: Moving cross country is never easy. I was lucky enough to have John S. as my realtor, to make this transition easier. John was very attentive to my must wants and needs in a home. When I wasn’t able to travel to see homes for my own eyes he was there in my place. He was honest with the plus and minuses of the homes and always put my top must as priorities. When I wasn’t able to be there he was always punctual and respectful and detailed in his look of the home as well. He never pressured me and was diligent in his efforts. He also recommended my mortgage broker which was a huge help. Highly recommend

Negative experience: Stay away from one of their realtors Brianne Vandenberg. Super shady and works back door deals with homes already under contract

Negative experience: John Sintich is harassing me on Facebook, and I call in his ethics as a Realtor. He posted 'at what interest rates would make you move', and I said 'rates don't matter for cash buyers', then his gang of "friends" called Aurora a dump of a city and harassed me endlessly within John's post. Negative experience: Never work with this group. Andrew Soltis lied and said whatever he could to close a deal on a home being sold, didn't keep up with his end of the deal and ended up removing an item from the property 4 days after the closing of the home when told not to come onto the property. Keller Williams will take no responsibility saying it is out of their hands after closing. This group will willingly contract someone who does this and take no responsibility and actually threaten to sue for defamation after stating that something should be done about it and if it isn't, reviews will be left on all applicable outlets reflecting their business transactions/clients/contractors that they choose to do bad business with. ** EDIT TO REPLY FROM THIS COMPANY They said they do not represent him at all, but now they have a complete story to save face for a public comment saying he had full permission when i assure anyone reading this is not the case. ANDY was told to stay off the property. ANDY went back, days after he was told to not come back, went into a garage and took something, said someone who doesn't own the property gave him permission to do so (and can't provide this information) and just hung up the phone after admitting to knocking on the properties door, seeing no one was home, entering their garage and taking this item.

Negative experience: I gave these people an earnest money check, then terminated the contract. I guess I should have stopped payment on the check, because 6 days after the termination, the check was deposited. It took nearly 2 weeks before they put the refund check in the mail after several calls from me and my realtor and I still haven't received it. Not a good experience.
