Negative experience: One word, HORRIBLE. I was threaten by Artisha Moore whom said that if I left an review she would refuse to show me house listings. I questioned her about the recent bullying she’s done online and expressed that I would like to know the reason for her rudeness before continuing to do business, she instead mocked my heavy foreign accent. I AM SCARED TO EVEN POST THIS, I DESPERATELY NEED THIS HOUSE but artisha is refusing to set an appointment.

Negative experience: I was referred to Agent Artisha Moore in my search in looking for property in the Arlington Height area and went to her social media to contact her and noticed how unprofessional she presents herself. She is engaging in cyber bullying from a page with your business information attached. It’s a very bad look for the company. I’m not interested in working with someone who engages in cyber bullying and body shaming. She is highly unprofessional and rude when I mentioned she shouldn’t do this from a business page.

Negative experience: I honestly did not like my experience with this company! Very rude customer service, lack of communication. Working with Artisha has not been a very pleasurable experience for me, and I will NOT recommend this company to any of my associates!

Negative experience: Steve, one of the owners was a really nice guy. After we purchased a house that RPR remodeled and sold I was able to call him for an exterior lighting problem. Steve helped solve the problem. His kindness is the reason for the 2 stars. The home we purchased seems like the remodel was a rush job. After the purchase we realized that the "newly remodeled kitchen" had used appliances that had been cleaned really well in place and the fireplace wasn't functional. It seems like where ever they could cut cost they did, but asked top dollar for the home. Little to no attention was given to the landscaping, and there are screws popping out of the walls in our "newly remodeled basement". If you are thinking of purchasing from RPR please go through the home with a fine tooth comb or just consider going somewhere else.

Negative experience: I had a horrible experience with this company. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism. The only thing I can say is I'm totally shocked that this place is still in business. If there was a place for zero stars or negative stars that's what they would get. The only word to describe them would be unprofessional.
