Fantastic experience: We listed our home on 17 acres with Ed and within a week he had a showing. He advertised through the MLS as well as sending out postcard type advertisements to the surrounding area. Ed also reached out to people who had previously shown interest in our home when we had it up for sale by owner. This young man was assigned through Weichert Realtors to show me a condo I was hoping to buy. After that first showing I knew I was in good hands. He was always on time for appointments and showed great people skills. He was laid back, not afraid to smile, had a good sense of humor and a confident aire about himself that told me he knew what he was doing. His attitude was positive and upbeat. He listened attentively and was sensitive to my needs and wants in a home. All of these qualities helped me to feel comfortable and at ease around him. I was also impressed with how knowledgeable Ed was in his area of expertise, and how informative he was regarding the housing market. He easily answered my questions and if he didn't know the answer, he found it out, and always got back with me in a timely manner. This guy made himself available 7days a week and with no time restrictions. He never pressured me into making any kind of decision, but if I asked for advice he would offer information to help me make the best choice for my benefit. More often than not, buying or selling a home is a big decision to make.
