Fantastic experience: Keller Williams Limerick has been a wonderful, reliable and trustworthy company to work with. Having worked with a few of their realtors, all experiences have been positive and transparent. The atmosphere is very pleasant in the office and people couldn't be more helpful. I would highly recommend Keller Williams Limerick.

Negative experience: What should have warned us to not use this realtor was how they tried to get us, the buyer, to pay a $500 fee which the realtor "shae" aka laquanna did not disclose. When I brought it up she got so emotional and stated that we were questioning her integrity because we asked her why she did not tell us this before we signed the realtor agreement. Mind you they did take off the charge as we told them that we would not have gone with them if we knew there was a 500 fee, most realtors don't charge it and if they do they tell you up front. So as the process went along we found a home we wanted to put an offer on and did the appraisal and it came back about $55000 less than what the seller was asking. But because she was looking out for her best interest with the highest commission and not ours, our realtor got all upset and emotional again about the appraisal and instead of leveraging this with the seller's realtor she says that the mortgage company is wrong (even though the mortgage company has nothing to do with the appraisal) and suggested that we find another mortgage company and we did and they did not have it being worth as much but more than the initial appraisal. She also could have advised us on an appeal of the appraisal process. We end up going back and forward with our so called ealtor and it started to feel like she was representing the seller more. She kept changing appointments with us to see the house again and was not answering our phone calls or text messages. I would not recommend this company to anyone. There are so many other good realtors out here that will represent you like they suppose to.

Negative experience: My wife and I put a bid on a house from the seller agent from this office. They sent us a text saying we won the bid. Well because she was at a wedding she sent the text to the wrong party and we actually lost the bid. Once I have the agents name I will be putting the agents name here so if anyone uses this office maybe they will stay away from this agent. Thanks for crushing a couples dream because your agent isn't professional. More information to follow.
