We responded to an an ad at 6 am the day it was listed, then quickly followed up with a phone call to discuss application steps etc. Helena was very helpful in guiding us in the process to ensure we had everything in order to be considered. Fantastic experience: Working with Helena was great. We saw that she had recently sold one of the higher priced homes in our neighborhood and we called her hoping she could do the same for us. Our home had many custom details which created the need for a niche buyer who would appreciate many luxury upgrades not normally found in homes within our development. We really appreciated Helena's honesty with listing our home. We ended up listing it a little higher and she was confident with our decision. After 2 days I was ready to pull it off the market but Helena ensured we would find the right buyer. We sold for asking within a few weeks and her follow up was great until the check was in our hand. Caveat emptor: her broker's office charges a $495 fee to buyers (on top of the 2-3% they collect from the seller) that you should be aware of upfront.
