Fantastic experience: I give Alei 5 stars for the difference she made in my life and my family's lives. 8 1/2 years ago, Alei helped to make a deal for us to get a house on 2+ acres with a lease to own type situation. My daughter, granddaughter, and I were moving from Nebraska to be closer to my elderly parents. It was originally a 3 year contract after which I would put the house in my name. Alei negotiated another 5 1/2 years to get the house in my name. Alei bought me 8 1/2 years. In that time, I was able to take care of both of my parents in their final years...first my dad, then 3 years later, my mom. I was able to take care of them in their own home, surrounded by their things and loved ones. At the same time, I was able to support my daughter while she earned her bachelor's degree and raises her daughter. She now works as a paraprofessional with the special education program in 5 of our local school districts. She is thinking about going on to get her teaching certificate. She was slated to be the assistant swim coach for the special olympics this summer but the pandemic put a halt to that for this year. Here's hoping for next year! None of this would have been possible without Alei. She stuck with us, even though she was technically the seller's agent, for 8 1/2 years. She negotiated for us, worked hard, and showed grace and a great deal of patience for all that time, especially the last 6 - 8 months. It's been a rollercoaster for all of us!
