However, if you want a dedicated professional who actively listens, combines strong negotiation skills with detailed market analysis, and values trust through transparency and clear communication, Tiffany is someone you can rely on throughout the entire process. That level of commitment also seems to reflect the culture of the Ginger Kuhn Team at Keller Williams. At one point, Ginger changed her personal plans on a Saturday evening to show a home that had unexpectedly moved to final offers that night, even though we were originally scheduled to tour it a couple of days later, ensuring the opportunity wasn’t missed. That home ended up being one of several we submitted offers on — and ultimately the one accepted. We officially closed on May 6th with complete peace of mind throughout the process. Five stars, 10/10, and even 100% still don’t feel like enough to reflect Tiffany’s hard work, dedication, and professionalism. She went above and beyond every step of the way and truly deserves recognition far beyond a standard review.

Fantastic experience: The biggest mistakeI ever made . I met Tiffany and liked her, then after some pondering on my choices, I texted her said I was going another direction. The next morning, I was overwhelmed with the deep despair. I felt a huge sense of regret. After exclaiming to my husband what I felt, I felt even worse. I texted right away and apologized deeply, asking can we please sign a contract. Tiffany was very gracious when I turned her down and even as gracious when I came crawling back. DON'T make the same mistake and say no to Tiffany!! You WILL NOT find - any realtor working harder - any more trained at her craft - top-notch communicator - sharp negotiator - says what she says and does what she says, no BSer no divertor Run back now! Use Tiffany!!

Fantastic experience: Jacob McCurdy did a fantastic job. I’m happy to say I was his first client! He took the time to market the house appropriately before listing and performed very well in a very challenging market. He was spot on with how the market would perform from week to week, and always remained calm and collected despite market pressure to move one way or another, keeping my goals as a client in mind as first priority. He was always extremely responsive whenever we needed to talk, not to mention driving an hour and half for open houses and showings! His background in housing construction worked out well for us as a team as he was able to be accurate about what we were looking at any given time. He went the extra mile for me and I’m confident he will do the same for all his future clients. He has a bright future ahead of him and I highly recommend him if you are looking to sell or buy!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 would recommend Tiffany. She is more thorough than I could have ever believed. She showed us multiple homes remotely via FaceTime and in person. During remote showings she would let us know things you don’t think about; it smells, floor creeks, there is a bulge here, if we put an offer in the HVAC and furnace are old, the yard outside is dry or holding water etc etc. She was there during all my home inspections and provided valuable input every time. Everyone thinks they are a good Realtor these days but frankly speaking those realtors think they’re good because they are being carried through the process by another realtor, in our case, it was Tiffany carrying every other realtor. The gap between how knowledgable and accommodating she is, compared to others, is truly embarrassing. During the financing process she just took the reigns and was either giving me things for the bank or directly to them once the process was started which was invaluable to me personally. I would work the entire day catchup on emails in the evening, see the bank asking for items and she’d already responded to questions etc.

Fantastic experience: My realtor, Jacob McCurdy, and his team are amazing. From start to finish, they were conscious of my wants and needs. Jake was more than patient and took his time to learn what was best for me and my family when showing us homes. The whole experience was person centered. I also felt appreciated throughout the process. Jake also gave excellent referrals. I would not recommend any other team to conduct real estate business with.

Fantastic experience: Ginger and Tiffany were great to us. As first time homebuyers, we had a LOT of questions and did a lot of hand-wringing throughout the process. Tiffany was patient, informative, and a good partner as we navigated the search and buying process. We mainly looked at houses in an area about 50min from Tiffany and she was super flexible with scheduling- we so appreciated that she was willing to travel a bit for us! Ultimately we found the place we wanted and Tiffany took care of the rest- we walked away from the whole experience feeling satisfied that we were well represented and that our overall evaluation of things was thorough. I think what says the most, is that we initially connected with Tiffany quite arbitrarily - we just clicked the "schedule viewing" button on Zillow and Tiffany was there the next morning to meet us. We looked at 2 more houses that day, and many more over the following months, but chose to stick with Tiffany as our agent because she understood us and our preferences, as well as our approach to home buying. Tiffany- you are the best and we are so grateful for everything you've done for us!!!

Fantastic experience: Being active duty military and trying to look at homes from across the country is hard. With this team we were able to do video calls, and FaceTime walk throughs. We are grateful for Tiffany’s assistance and looking at over 20+ homes and she went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to John Fletcher and his team, we just bought our first home and we would give 6/5 star rating if we could! The process of buying a good home in this market was so stressful but John helped in every way he possibly could. So many houses that we were interested in were going under contract within a day or two of being on the market (some within the same day), so John went out of his way countless times to go to last minute showings with us the same day houses would go on the market. Many times if we wanted to make an offer after seeing the house, he would write up the offer for us that same night as late as 10pm if we wanted. He was overall very dedicated to his job and dedicated to being there for us through this process, not to mention stayed positive for us even when it seemed like all odds were against us. We are very thankful to have had John as our realtor and would absolutely recommend!

Fantastic experience: John Fletcher and Ginger Kuhn were great for the sale of my small farm and the purchase of a new house. John's horse experience was just what I needed to make sure we found the right buyer for the farm. He spent a lot of time with me looking at quite a few houses with no rush and no pushing. Eventually, we found the right home and they worked hard to make sure everything fit my timeline. Ginger and Tiffany worked on the back-end to ensure we had all the paperwork and appointments done and all my questions answered.
