Fantastic experience: We had been thinking about selling our house for years, we called Rebecca and she came over the next day and talked us through how everything would work out and made the decision easy. We set a day to take pictures and list the house. The pictures came out beautifully and the house sold in 2 days! Every concern and question we had she responded quickly and eased our minds. She was very easy to work with and professional. She’s very knowledgeable about the market and pricing the house just right! We got 22k over asking and we were happy! The hard part was getting out in 28 days because she found a buyer that was just as motivated as we were! This was a quick and easy transaction and we will be working with her again to find our new home in the coming months! Just want to add to this review since we just closed on a new home with Rebecca and Michaela. They both went above and beyond to make our vision of finding everything we wanted and they were patient with us to find the right house. Since we were downsizing it was a tough market, everyone is looking for a smaller home. We bid significantly higher on few homes and still didn’t get them. We landed on a new construction for under 300k and only offered asking. It was worth all the stress to find the right home for us. Even with 4 offers and 1 cancelled contract they were both professional and very informative with the whole process! We will use them again in the future for sure!

Fantastic experience: Rebecca Cavalieri was an outstanding realtor to work with through the entire process of selling our home. She devoted time, energy, and staff resources when necessary, and she promptly responded to all of our questions. We are very thankful we chose Rebecca and Gabler Realty to sell our home.

Fantastic experience: Rebecca is the best Realtor we could’ve asked for, she never pushed us on anything that we weren't 100% about and she assisted us with every question that we had. I couldn't recommend her enough

Fantastic experience: Best realtor I've had the pleasure working with. I told her everything myself and family was looking for in a house and she delivered us more. Our main concern was finding a place where our daughter wouldn't have to switch schools and not only did she make sure we stayed within my daughter's school zone, she actually got us a place that's walking distance. I love everything about our new house and I really appreciate the experience I was giving.

Fantastic experience: Rebecca was AMAZING to work with! We had been searching for a house since before the pandemic but just couldn't find the right fit for our big family and our not so big budget. I really wanted a "fixer-upper" in our current school district and the previous agents we used kept showing us houses that were turn key and the highest end or out of our budget. Rebecca was recommended to me and I knew after our first conversation she was the agent for us. She took us to see a house that was in our current neighborhood and she really, really worked hard to make our sale happen. We are first time homebuyers and she always answered all of our questions. She was there every step of the way. Our first phone call was in January and we closed on our house in March! I never once felt like she was just helping us to get commission, she was genuinely kind and really wanted what was best for our family, even if that meant less money for her. She never pushed us towards something we didn't want, like the previous agents had. She really listened to us and that made the crazy homebuying process so much easier. We love our home and none of it would be possible without Rebecca and her hard work. We are forever grateful for her!!! I hope to not be moving again any time soon, but if I do, she will be the first call I make!

Fantastic experience: Rebecca is great to work with! She is always helpful and pleasant. We love our forever home and Rebecca made sure we got it in a very competitive house buying market. Thank you Rebecca!

Fantastic experience: Rebecca has helped us successfully find not one, but two homes since 2018, and sell our first! We have nothing but gratitude for Rebecca and her team. Her patience, kindness, humor, and hard work was greatly appreciated during all three experiences. She knows her stuff, and knows who to call when needed! We highly recommend her, you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: We met Rebecca years ago after being referred to her by a friend. She helped us purchase our first home. Years later, when wanting to sell that home and purchase another- Rebecca was there to help us with the house search during these crazy real estate times. Rebecca was the calm in the storm- she was always positive and ready to answer all of our questions that we had throughout the process. Rebecca comes with great work ethic and strong communication skills. She was always available for a call or text. She has great knowledge and connections in the area to help with housing needs as well. This has been beyond helpful as she is able to connect us to the best companies/contractors in our area. I couldn’t imagine going through this process without her as she is a great advocate for her clients. Rebecca is so wonderful to work with- you won’t be disappointed!!
