In a difficult market, we had several conversations throughout the process. She represented us both for a home purchase in Verrado Highlands, and a lot purchase and custom build project also in Verrado. When presented with some fairly complex LOI and definitive purchase agreements from the custom home builder, she quickly reviewed and with her legal background was able to identify key issues that we should be aware of and potentially negotiate in the final agreements. We didn't ask her to do this; she just took it upon herself to get this done, on the same day we had presented the question to her. Fantastic experience: Our experience with Michelle Seymour eXp was fantastic. We interviewed other realtors and chose Michelle for her proactive straight forward approach to our listing. Michelle provided invaluable guidance to not only pricing but proper preparation for the sale of our home. Her approach started with having our home inspected. She helped identify the items on the inspectors list that potential buyers would most likely want corrected. Based on the items we selected, Michele got bids and coordinated all of the work to be done. Her team of excellent subcontractors completed the work in a matter of days not weeks. She then professionally staged our home. She used her own staging props and helped us in making the home look great before the open house. The open house was a huge success. In fact, we received a serious offer within a couple days of the open house. Unfortunately, for personal reasons we have decided not to sell currently and have canceled our listing. When we do decide to place the home on the market again, we will most certainly list it with Michelle.

Fantastic experience: Michelle recently helped us sell some vacant land we had for a long time. I expected the land to go up on Zillow and MLS and just wait and see what happens. I figured it could take a long time. First thing I noticed with Michelle, who I just randomly found online, was that she answers her phone. In a world where no one as answers their phone I was very surprised when she did, even on the initial call. After a short conversation about our land, I received a text message from her with photos showing she went out and looked at it. I was amazed she did that. Its not like its right down the street. It’s about a 60-mile round trip. This lady works! She dug up all kinds of history and info on the property. Even contacted owners of adjacent properties. I was really amazed at the effort being put into this. Shorty after we listed with her, multiple physical signs went up on and near the property. Within days we were getting interested buyers. Michelle was always immediately available by phone email or text throughout the process. You just don’t see service at that level anymore. You can tell she really enjoys what she’s doing. In about 2 months property sold for exactly what we asked for. Truly an enjoyable experience working with Michelle. Went way beyond my expectations.
