Fantastic experience: My wife and I were in the midst of deciding to rent or buy and a friend gave me Shelley's name. When I reached out she was quick to respond and super helpful from start to end. We knew nothing about buying a first home and she was able to recco a great home inspection company as well as a great lender. She was always reminding us about necessary steps and gave us all the needed heads-ups that go along with home buying. Any question we had, big or small, she was happy to answer. Fast forward to a 3 or 4 months after we purchased our home, we had a few issues that required us to reach out to the contractor. Fantastic experience: Shelley wasn’t even our realtor. She was selling the home we ended up buying. But our realtor couldn’t make it to show us the house the day it went on the market. Shelley was willing to wait for us until almost 7pm on a Friday to show us our house. We were first time home buyers. We thought the way our realtor dealt with us was how every realtor operated.
