He was able to save his home here in N.C, by purchasing a property in Georgia that was also headed to foreclosure. He helped navigate probate, closed fast, and ultimately saved a Veteran from losing his home. That’s a win in my book.

Negative experience: Absolute predators... These guys called me relentlessly all hours of the day and sent unwanted txt, im filing a complaint against them. I asked them for an offer and they had the nerve to tell me my house needed 100k in nrepairs. It listed and under conteact with a real estate agent now and I did zero repairs. Their Cash offer was $100,000 less than im under contract for. I do not recommend these ppl, consumer beware...

Negative experience: Not a good experience, sellers beware of these predatory people with their empty promises and low ball offers.

Fantastic experience: I just closed with Gemini Buys end of April 2024. I knew my property and my situation was appropriate for an investor buyer, and, of course, I was getting numerous solicitations. I decided to work with Austin at Gemini Buys. I felt like the offer was very fair. Even though I was apprehensive throughout the process, waiting for a point that Gemini Buys would try to lower the price, or ask for some extra concessions, or just walk away from the deal, I found the opposite to be true. Austin was a man of his word, and everything promised was delivered. We closed in about 3 weeks for the agreed upon price and terms. As with any purchase/sale, read your contract carefully to make sure you are happy with the terms. I requested a few changes, and Gemini Buys agreed to my amendments. That added to my trust and respect for Gemini Buys. I am happy to give them 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to sell my investment property in metro Atlanta, but had two major obstacles— I lived out of state and had a long term tenant who loved the house. I didn’t have the luxury of doing a traditional home sale, but Zakiyyah and Nick made the process easy and simple.
