Fantastic experience: I couldn’t have made it through my experience selling my father’s house after his passing without Jamie. I live on the West Coast and was selling this property from a 3-hour time difference and entire country away, and she was with us through thick and thin. Besides being incredibly compassionate and empathetic, she was there for my family at any day or time, available for inspections, meeting contractors, and even helping me with the upkeep and maintenance of the house. We dealt with several hurdles and court issues along the way — as an estate property in probate — and Jamie was in regular contact with our attorney, the town, and everyone required to get the sale done. I wouldn’t recommend or trust anyone else with my home…if I could give her 10 stars I would!

She helped handle a difficult estate sale for my daughter's mother's house and impressed me with her level of compassion and empathy beyond the normal real-estate transaction. Fantastic experience: Jamie helped me sell my ex wife's house to settle her estate for my daughters 6 months ago, over the summer. It was not an easy sale as the ex fiancé had mad things difficult for the girls for over 3 years. In addition to Jamie being mature beyond her years and a knowledgeable realtor, she was compassionate and empathetic to what the girls were going through. After the sale, money was held in escrow for months so he could clear up past legal issues and debts. The sale was complete but Jamie kept in touch to check in on how things were going for me and the girls to make sure things worked out. Many realtors can sell your house but how many show they care even months after the sale was complete? It speaks volumes of her character which is lacking in so many people these days. When the girls are ready to purchase their own homes we will be calling Jamie!

Negative experience: She’s two faced and wont be there for you when you need her the most. She will literally take a vacation the week you are showing your home. She’s more concerned with her personal celebrity than her clients.

She actually sought me out just at the time I was thinking about selling. To be honest, she got me off the fence! It took a long time to find a buyer because my house was a niche property with a lot of "character". When we finally found a buyer, we had a lot issues with dealing with fixes and modifications since my house was very old (built in the 1800s). Fantastic experience: Jamie helped us buy our dream house in Red Bank, NJ about two years ago. Jamie has lots of great qualities a good real estate agent should have, including professionalism, knowledge about the purchasing / buying processes and relevant laws, as well as the familiarity with the area (which is a huge plus). However, for us the most important part was Jamie's communications style and skills. She would regularly keep us informed about all the stages of the process and the timelines; she would provide us with updates proactively and explain next steps patiently; she would respond to our questions within very reasonable timeframe (very often pretty much immediately, even if we didn't expect that!); and most importantly, Jamie would always stick to the deadlines -- for example, if she said she would send us relevant paperwork within an hour, we would receive an email within that hour. It's a very rare quality these days, so we appreciated Jamie's attentiveness and organizational skills very much. It made the entire process of purchasing a house transparent and as stress-free as possible. In addition to the above, Jamie continuously expands her knowledge about real estate so she can best help her clients. All that combined with her professionalism, friendliness, and individual approach to supporting her clients during this complex selling / buying process makes her a perfect person to work with! I moved to another state and although Jamie couldn't directly search for homes for me she referred me to another KW realtor in my state. Her referral was so helpful and the realtor she connected me with was so knowledgeable of not only the area I was looking in but also how to navigate a difficult market.
