After a long difficult journey, and with Leah by our side every step of the way, we just closed on our Dad's second property. What a journey it has been! Our father was diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer last year and within about 4 month his battle was over and he was able to rest. My brothers and I had a lot of work to do to get the house cleared of a lifetime of belongings and memories. This was a very difficult and emotional task for me, for us. Leah was a kind ear when I needed it. Thank you so much for this Leah! Then we had another challenge arise, it was discovered that the septic was damaged and had to be replaced. Leah was just so patient with the process and all the time it took for us to get this completed. Finally, the house has sold!! This has been a long journey that no one wants to go through, but Leah made the journey less stressful and less difficult for us.
