Fantastic experience: After receiving realtor recommendations from friends and family, we narrowed our selection down to 3 realtors. We selected Tracy because we felt she had the best handle of the value of homes on Lake Waterford, and the desirability of the Millburn 24 and Antioch/Lakes 117 school districts. Tracy explained which aspects of the house needed to be shorn up to receive full list price and which improvements were overkill. Tracy did a wonderful job staging the house. The online realtor websites featured beautiful photos of the house, a video walkthrough, and drone shots of our house on the lake. She crafted an excellent house description conveying the experience of living in our house and this area. Tracy also created a beautiful color brochure. We received 3 offers at full list price in 3 days. The process of closing was straightforward with the documents getting signed online. Tracy provided us with terrific recommendations on movers and cleaning services, saving us time and money and allowing us to leave the house immaculate for the new owners. By the way, one of the 3 candidate realtors told us the most we could receive for our house was $400,000, $125,000 less than the eventual selling price. She did not have a handle on the value of the lakefront property or the school districts. It pays to shop around for realtors.
