Fantastic experience: Beautiful mix of efficiency, effectiveness, care and support. Third house we have used Mindy to purchase. As always, she was a pleasure to work with. She knows the market and negotiates masterfully. She communicates timely and makes the buying process painless. We could have closed this deal in less than 3 weeks if it weren't for a slow appraiser. Mindy has a team of professionals that will help after the sale. I can't praise her enough. If you are looking for THE consummate professional in real estate, give Mindy a call.

Negative experience: We recently sold our house to Mindy’s clients. Mindy was unprofessional, uncommunicative and lacked common courtesy. The first showing they came through she failed to lock my house back before leaving and left lights on. The second time they came through for another showing they stayed nearly an hour beyond the scheduled window of the showing without even a message to my agent asking if it was ok that they stay. I was left to wait outside until they finished their business and then they brought an offer that was ridiculous. Throughout negotiations she was not clear on communication and even tried some manipulative tactics. Once the deal was agreed upon her communication went further down and often left us confused even what she was asking. Her paperwork was not even filled out properly as we went through all the process and I don’t believe she even made her buyers aware of certain options they had. Thankfully my realtor was amazing and patient and helped us through the process but I would not recommend working with Mindy. Perhaps she’s taken on too much because she couldn’t keep track of basic pieces of the agreement. Very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Mindy is a realtor that relates to her clients and listens to their needs. . We chose Mindy to first purchase this home and had such a good experience, we chose her to sell our home recently. She really listened to our needs when purchasing the home and I felt comfortable with her opinion regarding properties in a city we did not know. She was savvy in negotiations and I feel like she was clearly on our team. She responds quickly to requests and questions. We also had the pleasure of working with her daughter, Meagan, this time. Negative experience: This is my experience with Mindy Wardlaw: Mindy appeared to be the Realtor I was going to hire to sell the house associated with my Dad’s estate. Until she sent me a 180 (6 months) day agreement. I responded with a 60 day request, hoping she would come back with a 90 day offer. This was a test of her negotiating skills. I didn’t hear from her the rest of that day, so I said we can do a 90 day agreement with a possible extension because the market isn’t that great. I am in another state from the property I was selling in Louisiana. Another estate was involved as well. She ghosted us another day, then had a complete meltdown and texted us she would bow out if she couldn’t have the 180 agreement. She would also send us comp’s constantly trying to reduce the price we had set which was a fair price according to the other legit comp’s. The problem was her comp’s were not in that specific neighborhood, ours were. That told me, she lacked the confidence to sell the property or wanted a fast sale, which is not in the best interest of her clients. She continued to blast us on text saying she wasn’t ghosting us, apparently waiting two days for a response is normal for her. It did get ugly because I hired another Realtor while waiting for Mindy to respond. Totally unprofessional, Rude, and in it for her. I contacted Christina Griggs who is another Realtor and she was more than happy to accept a 90 day agreement. She sold the property, in fact it went like this: One (1) showing the same day it was listed, One (1) offer, One (1) closing on 12/15/2025. It was a pleasure working with Christina at Remax. Mindy on the other hand, needs to learn more about professionalism and how to treat clients. I would save myself the aggravation in even contacting Mindy, save yourself the unprofessional hissy fits that come along with her service. So, my response to Mindy’s response below, shall I add the texts? First, Mindy voluntarily offered to pay upfront for the repairs and we would pay her at closing. We did not ask her to offer this service. But, she never paid the contractor so we paid him at closing. She falsely offered a service she could not fulfill. Second, the price she professionally suggested as the list price was close, within a $1000, to what we received after closing cost, taxes, realtor fees, and paying the contractor, and all other closing costs. So, she either wanted a fast sale offering the property for way less than it is actually worth, or, she is ignorant to pricing and comp’s in that area. Third, it is hilarious to see her trying to be professional on her response, I guess ghosting a client on contract negotiations for two days, after freaking out at the suggestion we sign a shorter contract, less than half a year, while trying to earn the business she didn’t have yet. She also got the information on the contract wrong, and we gave her the legal owners information prior to the contract being prepared. Last, Mindy allowed unauthorized people in the house, before the judge signed papers to release the property, and allowed these people to take furniture, we did not get back nor did Mindy reimburse use for the property taken. This included a family heirloom, which we did get back. Mindy was told no one can take anything out of the house until the judge signs the paperwork, and she stood there and allowed the furniture to be removed. She said she would pay for the furniture that was taken, but she has not made restitution.

Fantastic experience: I can’t sing her praises enough. Choose Mindy. Mindy’s professionalism and knowledge of her craft is second to none. I sold my first home with Mindy and recently bought my second. Her experience made the whole process feel effortless and alleviated my stress. Her passion for real estate is infectious and I will continue to choose her for any future endeavors. She’s the best!

Fantastic experience: Soothe my Anxiety. Being a first time home buyer, I was extremely anxious about the process. Many people talked about scams, high prices, and short time limits. She helped soothe that anxious feeling, she was quick to answer any and all questions I had about the process or the home. If she didn’t know the answer, she would find it and give it to me in the most accurate way possible. A great realtor with a nice heart that was there for us to buy the home and not focused on the commission. She helped me and my wife find the best home that fit all of our desires. I 110% recommend, and if I buy another house, I would most definitely be back in her office.

Fantastic experience: Mindy was truly wonderful. I never thought the property would sell so fast and it would be so easily handled. I had never sold a house before and she made it so easy.
