Nathan King Real Estate had just handled the sale of my mother's home 9 months prior and they did a fantastic job, so we decided to call them to handle this sale also. Nathan came out to the house on very short notice and had already done the research needed and so we hired him. 2 days later he was already moving and getting all of the many things in place in order to list and advertise her home. Within 3 weeks, the home was sold, the inspections had been completed, all of the internal negotiations were settled and we were in escrow with the price we wanted. The escrow was short and seamless. The whole process was as easy and stress free as it could possibly be. I will be calling Nathan King Real Estate in a few years when we are ready to downsize and sell our home.

Rashie is extremely knowledgeable, savvy to the Fresno market and I would recommend their local lender options for closing deals. If you want a smooth process it helps to have someone who is an Air Force veteran on your side.
