This was our first time buying a home, and we knew zero knowledge about the buying process and looking at homes. When we first met Oscar, we met with him at his office, where he showed a slide show that simplified the whole process and clarified how the home buying process works. To me, this was very important, as buying a house can be very challenging and overwhelming. Oscar introduced us with the presentations, clarified and simplified the process so that we could understand as first time home buyers. Over the span of 5 months, we finally found our first home. The first time we looked at our first showing we Oscar, we were ready to go all in. Oscar gave us pros and cons of the house, also including what we told him what we like and don’t like. He reminded us not to rush the process, which was very true. Our first time buying a home and we got way too excited when we saw the first house. Looking back now, I am glad he provided his expertise and knowledge so we wouldn’t regret our decision. Oscar was very patient with us during the process and took us to many houses. He even looked for houses similar to our interests on the side of our house viewing. Throughout the whole process, Oscar was very honest and knowledgeable with each property he showed us. As first time home buyers, we had no knowledge and no clue what to look for in houses. On top of that, Oscar has connections with many other professionals who helped us perform inspections to make sure our home was in good condition before we moved forward with the purchase. Besides being a realtor, Oscar is also a very genuine person who is really looking at the best interests for his clients. He really takes the extra steps in order to make the home buying process more smooth and less stressful for his clients. He goes out of his way for his clients. Even after buying our first home, we still have questions and Oscar will help us with the process. Or if he can’t, he has the many resources to help you and will get those resources to come help you with what you need! There is so much more I can say about Oscar, and I can go on and on. If I could give Oscar 100/5 stars on google I would! I am very thankful we found him as our realtor, and I am truly appreciative of him and how much he has helped us throughout the whole process. Experiencia fantástica: This review might be a little long, so bear with me. In the middle of January, I was not in the best place emotionally with everything I had going on. I literally woke up one day and told myself I wanted to buy a house; scratch that I told myself I was going to buy a house. my aunt and uncle had just purchased their home about five months prior, so I called my aunt and I asked her about the process and within an hour, had her Realtor texting me!! Oscar set an appointment for us to meet the very next day. I told myself not to think about it because I would somehow find a way to talk myself out of it; had my sit down with Oscar and he walked me through all the steps and how it works with buying a home. When I tell you I was nauseous, boyyyyy. I wanted to sit there and cry while meeting with him. I was so nervous because emotionally I didn’t think I was ready. Oscar asked me to make a list of things that I absolutely need in a home and from there I gave him the top things that I needed. Oscar was never pushy throughout this whole process. He got to know me and what I wanted and was very honest open and blunt with me on if something was not worth it. He let me know what was possible. He let me know as my realtor; HE GOT ME! And let me tell you after months of looking and putting an offers on a few other homes, I am very glad and blessed none of them went through. About six months in, I was getting ready to give up because I was tired. Oscar sent me this cute little house one morning and it’s funny because I was just looking at that house a few hours before, but they didn’t have very many pictures, the price range was extremely reasonable, and I didn’t think I was going to out bid anybody, so I kept scrolling. But am I beyond grateful that he sent me the house. I took that as a sign because this was a house I liked, but didn’t think I could pull it off. We both came to the house and when I tell you, we both fell in love with this house. I mean, both of us did. Lol. That day I put in an offer. The very next morning I got a text message that they accepted my offer!!! And then the REAL stress started, but Oscar made sure that I stayed calm and reassured me the whole way through. He stayed in contact, he gave me updates, the whole thing. After a full month of the stress and anxiety and paperwork and wiring and house inspections and negotiations. I got my keys!! I never thought I would be able to own a home; let alone a home that I was able to purchase on my own. It’s not very common in my family, especially not common for one person to do it. But because of Oscar, I was able to fulfill a dream; a prayer answered. If it wasn’t for him, I don’t think I would’ve found the perfect home and I definitely don’t think it would’ve been this easy without him. Out of 8 things I absolutely wanted/needed in my home; Oscar was able to find me a home that hit 7 of those 8 things. SEVEN!! Again, I can’t be any more grateful and appreciative to Oscar. When I have the opportunity to buy another home; he is definitely going to be the route I take! 10 out of 10 recommend this man and his team!
