A family friend referred me to Bonaventura Group & Real Estate, as I am in the early stages of purchasing my first home. A few days ago I decided to stop by, the office was very clean and the agents were very welcoming. I was immediately greeted when I walked in. I was helped by Mr. Granda, who was very kind and friendly. I was honest with him and let him know that I was not sure where to begin as I am a first time home buyer. Mr. Granda reassured me that he would be able to help me through the home buying process. He started off by asking me questions about myself, my family, the type of home I was looking to purchase, unlike other places I had visited who just wanted to know what I could afford. This agent made me feel like a person and not just another customer/client. He was very considerate in getting to know me and my circumstances and offer me the best options possible. I let him know that I was not sure where to start and was just looking for some help getting the ball rolling. He was able to offer me plenty of resources I had not known of and went over the different types of loans I may qualify for. He was extremely knowledgeable with the purchasing process and legalities and answered all my questions. I left feeling confident that I had came to the right place, and found my agent. Since my visit, Mr. Granda has been very communicative and receptive to my questions. I would recommend this company, especially this agent, to any one of my family members/friends/coworkers knowing that their experience would be just as great as mine. 10/10
