Experiencia negativa: I would avoid agent Tamara couto. She has inappropriate conversation with perspective buyers. I was present for an open house with Tamara. Tamara talked about all the negative aspects of the property, which were corrected and no longer exist. These were not lawful disclosures, they were minor things. She also talked about other properties she has listed in the area, which, in her opinion, were better. In my mind this is is an ethics violation. It is not appropriate to gossip and make jokes about people or property Tamara. As an example, people don't need to know the bushes we're ugly and used to block the front of the house from view. Or that the new earth tone paint covers a hideous blue color. Why not let your perspective buyers see the home as it is... An agent should not trash talk a sellers, resident or the property they are paid to sell. London properties in and of itself, may be fine, however, I would avoid working with Tamara Cuoto. I was shocked at the level of inappropriateness

Experiencia negativa: We just sold our house in CA, thank the gods we were using Guarantee and not these folks, apparently their broker was completely incompetent they stalled the process and instead of escrow closing on 11/17 it closed on 12/24, London properties was in charge of the buyers of our home.

Experiencia negativa: Selling our house was possibly the worst experience of my life. First, the listing was wrong. It was a 3/2.5, but was listed as a 2/2, and the description said 4/2. And everything else in the description was wrong. She says it wasn't her fault, but it was wrong on her own website. She fixed it, but the major websites still had the 2/2 listing until it sold. She was extremely difficult to reach in a timely manner. Don't bother calling her. We had to ask for an open house. We had to suggest dropping the price. She treated us like she was doing us a favor selling our house. And the kicker? She kept telling us that we were on track to close on the 13th, and then informed us 4 days before closing that the closing date was getting moved to the 20th. No explanation. Our buying agent in Utah ended up calling the buyers agent, and after a 5 minute phone call got the closing moved back to the 13th. After our experience with all the other agents involved in the transaction, I can say without reservation that there are much better agents out there than Larissa Sherman.

We found a house we fell in love with while he was away for a prescheduled trip out of state and were worried that the house would slip away. Experiencia fantástica: We just closed on buying our first house and Ken Neufeld was simply fantastic. Ken took us out to see several houses and get a feel for the types of things we wanted in a house. We went out a second time and he had zeroed in on our type of house and presented some really great candidates that were right within our budget. When we were ready to make an offer, Ken explained the current market and what we might expect. He didn’t push us beyond our budget and gave great feedback on our offer amount. When he drew up the contract, he answered all our questions about what everything meant and about what each stage in the timeline would be. Every explanation he gave was clear. We wanted more than normal inspections (mold, drinking water test, etc), and while Ken was patiently amused by our first-timer paranoia, he knew off the top of his head exactly who we should call and every company he referred us to were professional and reasonably priced. Either Ken or Jeanette (who works with Ken and was also fantastic to work with) made themselves available to be there with us for each inspection. Even after we closed and we didn’t know who to get to fix some minor issues (that we expected), Ken was happy to refer us to various services that have helped us set up our new home. Since the inspection phase of buying our house, we’ve known that we chose a good house and a very good realtor.
