Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry that you left feeling disappointed and we appreciate the chance to clarify a few important details for anyone reading this review.

First, regarding the pricing and quote. The original quote you signed and approved was based on 1,124 square feet of livable space and included the main home plus the oven and dishwasher detailing. You then requested that we also clean your finished basement level. That basement is not included in the home’s listed square footage, so it was added as a separate line item at the agreed upon rate per square foot after your deposit was paid. This brought the total closer to what you ultimately paid. Our records, including the audit history, show that the quote itself was not altered after you signed it. The only change was the additional service you specifically requested for the basement, which was communicated, documented, and confirmed through text by you.

Regarding the alarm incident. We genuinely understand how stressful and frustrating an unexpected fee can be. However, on the intake form and in the reminder messages you received before service, there was no information provided about an active alarm or any special instructions related to it. Nor did you disarm the alarm before the cleaners arrived. Our teams routinely work in homes with alarm systems, but we rely on homeowners to either disarm the system or give clear instructions ahead of time. Because we were not made aware of any alarm details, our cleaners had no way of preventing it from being triggered and we cannot accept responsibility for the resulting fee.

We have been in the cleaning space for many years and have serviced hundreds of homes. Our reputation has been built on clear communication, honest pricing, and high quality work. The team that serviced your home followed the documented scope, completed all three levels which included the additional basement cleaning you asked for, and communicated through our system before and after the job.

We respect that your experience did not meet your expectations and we sincerely wish it had felt like the five star service we work hard to provide every day. If you would like to review the initial request form, quote history, or invoice breakdown again, you can do so in your client portal or we are more than willing to walk through everything again with you directly.
