Experiencia fantástica: Our first home tour was with a different agent (the one Zillow recommended), who came 30 min late, chated with other potential home buyers, didn't pay attention to what we needed at all. After this experience we decided to go along w/o a buying agent, but then, during one of the tours we met Anne Reardon French (she Selwas theler's agent), and although we didn't get that place, we were lucky to get her as our buying agent. Anne was the best part of our home buying journey. (Attorneys, Seller's Agent, Home Inspection-everything were not so perfect). She sees you and your needs. She worked on our home buying as if she was buying a home for herself. She was very very patient with us, she didn't at point try to push for a quick deal. Also, we would often be touring a new place just a few hours after it was listed at MLS. Initially, we had a blurry picture of our future home, but with her help we have come to see a picture of our home and found what we needed.

Colleen was great in helping me get my family home ready for market. Colleen came to look at my family home and told me what upgrades and repairs would be needed to get the home ready for market. Colleen also got pictures of other homes and comps for the Shrewsbury, Ma, market showing me what others had done to get their homes ready for market what market price would be appropriate for my home. Colleen worked very hard by getting people who would take my parent's furniture for donation. So the crew came and emptied the house of good used furniture which saved me a lot of time and money. Colleen also got me junk people at a very good rate. to clear the house of all the junk that accumulated over the years. This again saved me a lot of time money and stress as both our parents had recently passed. Once I got all the upgrades and repairs done, Collen put my house on the Market.
