When we needed guidance, he was there and he was also mindful to give us space to make up our own opinions and decisions. My wife and I were first time homebuyers, so sometimes we had lots of questions and we were ignorant on so many things. So Jeff was educational and was gracious to answer any of our questions. He was very responsive when we reached out - and he always sought to draw-out our opinions on a home just so he can better understand what we needed. During house tours, he would point out things we needed to be aware of. If there we any maintenance or repair concerns, he would help shed insight on what to expect cost wise.
