Experiencia fantástica: My first interaction with this team was at a first time home buyers informational gathering that they put on. They helped show just how in reach home ownership can be and not too long after, maybe 6 months later, I told Nate I wanted to find a house. He immediately went to work helping me refine my search criteria and find worthy candidates for showings. This was during the spring/summer of 2020 when the market was ultra competitive and houses were sold in just days of being listed. We took a couple tough bumps along the way, but I learned a lot and Nate and the Metzen team’s persistence paid off… I scored a great starter house!
