I looked at multiple reviews and could not find a single bad review, so I filled out his form and he got back to me within 15-20 minutes. But I felt very comfortable with him. In December we connected in person and that experience was very comforting. He is really down-to-earth. Then came the listing months later. We had Jeb over a few times to look things over and chat. We hadn't signed anything yet for him to represent us. On our last meeting in February 25, we were convinced he was our trusted advisor and realtor so we signed a contract. The big risk here is that we were leaving to our new place across the country, so we had to trust that Jeb would take care of our home and all of the hiccups that come with selling property. Jeb was fantastic, communicating regularly and responding to text messages promptly. He would manage any challenges that came up on our behalf because we were 2,000 miles away. My confidence that Jeb would deal with issues, help us negotiate, manage staging, overcome any legal issues, and marketing the home professionally was very high. He took the time to go over everything about buying a first home, and what to expect. Most important Jeb was honest with us about each property, was always available and helpful. Even a few years after we moved into our home, Jeb helped us with contractors on turning our 2nd room into a baby's room. In the future, if we decide to move, we will definitely use Jeb.

Experiencia fantástica: Jeb is absolutely amazing! He immediately jumped into this house hunting process with us and was so easy to work with. He was candid with us, figured out very quickly what we were looking for, clearly had a lot of experience with the various neighborhoods we looked in, and was happy to answer any and all questions we had (which were plenty- especially with us being first time home buyers!). He loved hearing our feedback on a house and used that to get a better understanding of us and what we wanted to find. His attention to detail was also great (noticed quirks about a house, if things would need to be replaced, could tell what was an add on, or could tell if something was recently worked on…). And if there was something he didn’t know or we wanted more information about, he knew who to follow up with or had great contacts to get an answer for us quickly. He’s been working with an inspector for quite some time, so that’s who we trusted and used for our home inspection. That proved to be another great choice- he was thorough, answered our questions, noticed everything, and provided us with a very professional printout of everything we discussed (including pictures) immediately after the inspection. One result of that was a chimney issue. Jeb took care of contacting, setting up an appointment (for the next day!), and was available to be there for the inspection so we didn’t have to be. Bottom line- Jeb was the best we could’ve asked for. He was always responsive, pleasant to be around, helpful, and full of knowledge. He’s also so thoughtful and brought us pizza for lunch on our moving day! Even though we know he had other clients, he always had time for us and we truly felt like the priority. Working with Jeb was great! He was very knowledgeable of all the neighborhoods that we wanted to look in (mostly western Orange County). He quickly got a good idea of our needs and helped us find a great house that fit those needs. He also helped us to stay focused on the importance of the location/neighborhood over cosmetic things like paint and floors which can be changed. I hope we don’t have to move again for a long time, but if we do I’d definitely work with Jeb again!
