Experiencia fantástica: 2026 UPDATE: Another update! Although we loved our previous home, it was time to move into a bigger place, and we were fortunate to work with Alex Lee from CMR again. Alex made sure to work with the seller's realtor to ensure we would have a strong offer, and we were very pleasantly surprised to have our first offer accepted within a day this time around! Things moved extremely smoothly and quickly throughout escrow, and Alex and his team stayed in close communication with us during the whole process — we had the keys to our new home just 4 weeks after the offer! I want to highlight Alex's diligence, for example reading through all the paperwork closely to make sure that we filled things out correctly, which we did not always do , so it was so helpful to know someone was always in our corner and advocating for all of our needs. Highly recommend Alex and his team (especially Erica!), and we'll be sure to use CMR again for any future real estate needs. 2022 UPDATE: We just purchased a new home and worked with Alex Lee and the Capital Management team again. We were buying during the mad height rush in Spring 2022 and it took more than 4 months from the initial viewing of the house to actual purchase and Alex walked with us through the entire process (in addition to multiple offer submissions and viewing many many houses prior to the home we ended up purchasing). Alex truly went above and beyond to help us purchase a home at a reasonable price (crazy feat nowadays) and help us renovate it into a beautiful home during the escrow process so that there would be minimal work needed once we moved in. We're also working with Alex to sell the previous home he helped us purchase so he's definitely someone we trust and would work with in the future. Experiencia negativa: Worked with Arlene Villeroel, and had the worst experience. I was referred to her, stating she could properly assist with rentals better than any other, and her attitude was terrible the entire way. Throughout the process she acted as though she was constantly bothered, constantly threw in our face that “she was doing us a favor and that she’s not on our timing” The entire experience had to be more beneficial for her, rather than us, the client. She constantly had a bad attitude, and talks negatively about other realtors. She was more concerned with “eating dinner” and “purchasing the wrong milk” than helping us. It is sad to see such behavior come from a company like this and what’s even worse is I found out at the very end she is the “office manager”. Even more disappointing knowing that this company has such a person representing their company like this. When we are ready to buy, I would never consider giving this company your business. She is self centered, with a bad attitude, and acts like you are a burden to her. If she is allowed to act like this I’m wondering how the rest of the team operates I tried to get ahold of someone above her but she keeps not allowing me to speak to anyone else. She keeps the calls to herself. And won’t transfer me to anyone else. Extremely poor behavior I do not recommend this company based on the experience with the “office manager” ARLENE VILLEROEL It’s literally your job to help, if you didn’t like your career choice why choose it?

Experiencia fantástica: Alex was amazing! He went above and beyond his responsibilities! Not only he knows his own job but he looks out for your interest all the way till the end. If you want pluming, he will get you a qualified professional that is competitive with others. Or any other real estate professionals. Imagine we had to Sell and buy at the same time in certain time frame. And he did it during pandemic! He was very attentive, aware of our situation and needs . Our first real estate agent was horrible! He wanted to charge us 5% . And he wanted to represent us as a buyer and seller. On top of it he missed all our key points of our house. For example; we had 14 panels of Solar. And our first Realtor not only failed to mention or post it in The listing , he also failed to mention our master bathrooms. Needless to say we fired the first agent and got Alex. Alex Lee, was complete opposite. He worked very hard for us and got all the job done and then some!

Experiencia fantástica: Just recently I had decided to move to Florida. In February 2021 I decided to sell my house in SoCal and buy a house in Florida. I was recommended to Capital Management Realty Inc by my son. Whom had purchased and sold 1 house using Capital Management Realty Inc. Just within a couple of years ago he purchased another house using the same Realty Company. I called Kris Garrido the co-founder of Capital Management Realty Inc. I explained to him what I wanted to do. Kris took control of situation in a positive way. Chris purchased my house. It took approximately 30 days for escrow to close. In the meantime I was searching for a home in Florida. Once I found my home in Florida escrow closed at the same time for both houses. My down payment for the house that I was buying in Florida was wired to the title company from the Escrow Company from the funds that I received for the purchase of my home. So on the same day my house was sold and my home in Florida was purchased. I was able to move from California to my new home in Florida. Thanks to the coordination from CM Realty and the title company in Florida the transaction went over smoothly. There was actually no stressed involved in the transaction. The only stress I had was coordinating the move. But that went over smoothly to. Today I'm living happily in my new home in Florida.
