Experiencia negativa: I am coming to post my review again. Seems like it was deleted. Must be Pedro. I purchased a home with him, and the experience was bad. Several others have shared their poor experience on another paltform (FB) and seems nowadays we can delete any bad reviews to make it seem the person does a great job. Here's my experience (again), my husband and I purchased a home in November 2024 with Pedro, at first he was nice and seemed to make an effort; however, when our offer for the house got approved, the seller wanted to pay Pedro 2%. Keep in mind right in the beginning I had asked how he gets paid and he stated he asks for 3% and it is negotiable and that he usually always gets it from the seller. So when it was 2%, he asked for more from us but we had informed him that we can't afford paying anything more, I offered we can keep looking, but he said no it's fine. He was very pushy and throughout still trued to hassle us for more money. He even said he will get us more money so we can pay him part commission. We were not comfortable with his suggestions and wouldn't sign unless the agreement was written. We ended up signing for 2% from the seller and that's when everything went downhill. He started to not communicate as much, we kept having to reach out to ask for next steps. On the day we scheduled a time to get the keys, he had me wait about 1.5 hours. I believe it was due to despite. Additionally, when I arrived at the house, the seller left a bunch of trash outside the house that I had to take care of. Pedro was very little help and said I could call the listing agent and ask him to clean it up. He did end up calling him but said give him a call. Pedro gave some numbers for junk people but they wouldn't come this far. The listing agent was apologetic and paid us for the junk people but my husband and I had to find someone to clean up the mess. No thanks to Pedro. All he cared was closing a deal to get money. He was unprofessional on numerous occasions and very misleading. He only looks out for himself, I'm sure if he got 3% Commission, he probably would've done a better job. His true colors definitely showed. He may delete this review again because he can not accept constructive criticism. Edit to answer Pedro's response. You did a curtesy discount? In the contract it even says it's negotiable. And I said we cannot afford the extra .5% out of our pocket and you were okay with it but wanted to try and renegotiate with the seller or claim more damages to get that money. This is unethical. Also, you stopped communicating when the commission went to 2%. My husband and I kept having to ask you where we are at in the process. You showed unprofessionalism and were rude. You made comments as "I sacrificed my time with my son" to show us homes and "am i not worth it"... I kept letting you know, we can keep looking to get your 3% commission. But you said it's okay. And you said we won't have to worry about paying anything and then you try to get money from us. You were pushy and tried to get us to just take any house and tried to sell us a new construction but the drive was a major inconvenience. You were looking out for yourself only. As for the agreement, you said I have to sign it in order to show homes, another realtor on the FB group mentioned to your wife too that it does not have to be "exclusive" but that's how you get your clients to stick with you. We wanted to take a break from the house Search and instead got upset at us and said we should just settle for something and build equity. Again, this is my personal experience which you made all about you and your needs. We were mid escrow and even thinking about calling it off but we couldn't trust you anymore and didn't want to lose our earnest money. We learned a valuable lesson, interview multiple realtors and don't let any realtor try to rush you or be rude. You posted on the FB group making claims like saving me money. You didn't. I hope you will be transparent and honest with all your clients. Hope you don't delete my review again. I will keep posting.

Experiencia fantástica: I reached out to Pedro In September i told him about my situation with my last agent where i renewed my contract twice yet never received a SINGLE offer!! Pedro promised that he would work very hard to get an offer soon and to be honest, i was a little skeptical at first but as i built a bound with Alison and Pedro i just knew i was in the right place , they always replied to all my concerns within minutes. 2 months later, we had our first offer i was in complete shock!! I was like no way!!! We only held 2 Open Houses!! I accepted their offer and with in that same week i saw a house i completely fell in love with so it worked out with both the buyer and myself. I decided to donate a few of my appliances to the new buyer because i know how hard it is to have a new house but left with no money for the appliances however, luckily the buyer had their own. Pedro called me and told me to not worry he would take them and would find a family in need. I received a call from Pedro 2-3 days later to inform me that my appliances were donated to a family struggling around Christmas time. That call made my day!!! That tells me how much he cares for not just his clients but for everyone in general. Im very grateful we found Pedro. Karrah was very sweet as well. If you’re thinking about hiring an agent please hire Pedro and his team! Thank u all and i will keep you guys in mind for my next purchase hopefully very soon ❤️

His words to us were, "I know my job and I know it well. You won't be disappointed in what I have to offer." My brother's and I were hesitant to higher him. After interviewing multiple realtors we decided to re-interview Pedro. Pedro walked in confident with a package with approximately 100 pages and could provide information and content to every one of the pages. My siblings and I were impressed and hired him.
