Experiencia fantástica: I love APG Properties! I did lots of research (e.g., price, service) before I decided to go with APG for managing our rental property. Some places would charge you up to $1,000 just for marketing and screening candidates before you rent out your property. APG is using a total different approach and does not cost homeowners any additional fee for marketing/screening. We tried to manage it ourselves before, but it did not work out well. After APG took over, I never had to worry about finding tenants, screening good ones, and taking care of their requests and finding vendors. APG always answered my questions promptly, many times within 24 hours, and gave me the best suggestions when dealing with tenants. We have worked with APG for three years now. We never received complaints from our tenants about their service or representation. Moreover, APG provided an on-site assistance when I needed to do an appraisal for refi and rent comparison stats. They also can act as a real estate agent to help buy and sell. For the management fee they charge per month, their service is beyond what it is worth, and I have already referred two of my friends to use them. Thus far, no complaints from them at all. I highly recommend APG!!!

Experiencia negativa: I had to wait one week for the owners of the property to approve the air conditioner to be fixed. Once they approved the work it took another 2 weeks for the hvac company to do repairs. I have 3 kids and all this was happening in the middle of a heatwave. I was not aware but they also made my wife sign a waiver about the presence of mold being in the property and how we wouldn’t be able to break the lease or be liable for any damages to the tenants because of mold.

Experiencia negativa: Worst rental application process ever! This place is a scam. All they did was email back a copy of our credit report with a background check. I had to call them constantly, they lack communication and lie. Our previous landlords and current employers said they NEVER received an email or call to confirm information as Pau had said. The "owners" renting the property didn't even provide a reason why 1 month later our application was denied. $100 for both my spouse and I, scammed and drained. Thank you for the awful service and lack of communication, with a whole lot of lies!

I applied for a property and had to reach out to them to get the status of my application their response was "the owner denied the application and didn't give a reason why" I worked for an property management company and we were always given a reason why they denied the application. My credit score is great, been on my job 7 years, and make a pretty good amount of money. 3 times the rent actually, so what was the reason? Considering the house has been on the market for rent for over 2 months

Experiencia negativa: They are so hard to get ahold of. I moved into my new place and we have had no AC for 6 days and they’ve done very little to help us. The dishwasher is clogged and they wouldn’t give us measurements for fridge, washer & dryer so we had to wait until we moved in to figure it out and get them ordered. Which meant another week for delivery. Very sub par experiences with this company.

Experiencia fantástica: We enjoyed our experience renting a unit through APG properties. They were easy to contact if we had questions. The online portal was so convenient to pay rent and to submit repair requests. Let me say again being able to pay online makes your life so much easier and that isn’t something we had been offered before. So that was very nice. Staff was always friendly. We were a tenant with them for over 2 years and I would recommend them and their properties.

They work from home so if you don’t like to deal with that dont go with them. They are very rude and they take the side of the tenant. They dont side with the landlord even though the landlord hire them not tenant. I don’t have good experience with this conpany.

We can pay out rent online, which is very helpful for us! We do not have to go to the bank to deposit our rent like in our old place. The neighbors are wonderful, the community is peaceful, and even though parking is limited we make it work. My husband and I are very happy here, but when it's our time to leave, we are definitely going to recommend this place to family and friends.

Phil helped us tremendously when we were aleady stressed about moving. He was able to find quality tenant and have them move into the condo fairly quickly. We kept the property for 6 years and APG as our property manager this entire time. They communicated very well with us if any issues came up and when tenants moved in or out. When we decided to sell the property this year, we didn't hesitate to use Phil and Shane as our real estate agents. They gave us comps when we decided to list the property, handled the open house, brought us some amazing offers, and handled all the paperwork while we remained out of state. He is attentive the needs of his clients and works with his affiliates to educate his clients on what is involved to buy a home but also what's involved with that ownership when they move in, monthly, semi-annually, 1, 3, 5 years and beyond. It's not just a house its a home and he cares as much about his client as if they were his own family.

We've had the pleasure of interacting with Phil during the process, from the initial Open House which we found published online (HotPads), through the online application, trading a few phone calls back & forth, and now the signing of the lease which is also online. We really like communication so far and the convenience of their extensive use of modern technologies (which I'm sure also helps keep costs down). Looking at the reviews, it is quite apparent that the property owners represented by APG appreciate the service. The couple tenant reviews suggest that the service extended by APG goes both ways, so I don't anticipate any problems after we move in. I'll update this review a while after we've settled in and had more time to interact with APG as tenants to give others more information from that perspective.

Shane met me at the condo when other companies wanted a commitment from me before they take a look. He came not once, but twice and put me at ease about the whole process. It's been rented now for 3 years and throughout these years I dealt with Phil. Some of the issues that arose from air condition malfunction, fridge, heater, were dealt with without me having to be involved and no headache on my part. I gladly recommended them to my friends and family. My nephew actually hired them too for his rental house.

I met with a homeowner directly and we came up with an agreement and he was already being represented by APG so he wanted me to contact them to fill out the paperwork. 4 VOICEMAILS,7 DAYS NO CALLBACK. finally meet with the clown at the open house and he rejects to take my application, I am filing a complaint with the Bureau of Real Estate
