Experiencia negativa: Anna & Scott Rivard at Keller Williams Worst Realtors I've Ever Dealt With! This is a husband and wife realtor team you will deal with when buying or selling your home. Worst experience ever. I have purchased many primary and secondary homes in the past and this is by far the worst experience. Asking questions is a no-no for this duo! Good luck, as they will dodge questions, dismiss any concerns and completely fabricate any communication that they can use to accuse and retaliate. They act and behave as if you're wasting their time and it's apparent now that they don't know what they are doing or just don't care. I've dealt with plenty of realtors and I would rate them as a joke at best. They were literally selling a property they couldn't sell because the land wasn't split at the time. They also try to turn conversations and questions around and begin gaslighting. Completely unprofessional. BEWARE!

She stayed by our side through the entire process with the open house, finding grants for first time home buyers, finding the perfect family who wanted to raise their children in this home that was so special to me. She has a "Mary Poppins Bag" of vetted contractors that we needed to prepare the home for sale. Not only did Lisa help us sell the house for the price we discussed at our initial meeting, she is a warm and caring person who views the property as a home. Five stars to the Keller Williams Lakeside family who worked as a team. In this precarious time of buying and selling real estate, you need a team by your side. I consider myself the fortunate one to have worked with Lisa!

Experiencia negativa: Unprofessional, Confusing, and Disrespectful — Buyers, Be Warned My experience with ATA Title Group (Rose Walkowiak & Steve Greco) and Keller Williams Lakeside (Zack Aboona) was extremely disappointing and stressful from beginning to end. I signed a purchase agreement on April 17, 2025, and paid $2,000 earnest money and $686.25 out of pocket for a perk test and county fees, believing I was working with professionals. Instead, I was met with chaos, blame-shifting, and disrespect. Zack Aboona, the agent, didn’t even remember the due diligence deadline. On the very last day, he seemed surprised, asking me why I was canceling — he had no idea the 20-day due diligence period was expiring. That’s not just careless, it’s unacceptable. Rose Walkowiak, from ATA Title, was yelling like crazy on the phone, completely unprofessional. At one point, she said I had to come sign the document in person — but when I hand-delivered everything with proof of payment and cancellation, they still acted confused and refused to acknowledge it. Steve Greco responded to a fair and respectful email with a defensive and arrogant message, accusing me of false claims and acting like a buyer in bad faith. In truth, I waited patiently for weeks, followed every step properly, and simply asked for clarity — something they failed to provide the entire time. This team wasted my time, cost me money, and treated me like I was the problem, even though I did everything right. The lack of communication, organization, and respect shows they are not ready to handle serious transactions. Do not trust ATA Title Group or Keller Williams Lakeside. If you care about being treated fairly and with professionalism, look elsewhere. Experiencia negativa: Do not work with Hanna. I arranged to lease an apartment from her. She told me it was temperature controlled and turned on to let us hear it. This was a lie - I’ve been stuck in this place with 90 degree weather and no air conditioning paying way more than its worth. Also meant to have gym and pool amenities for which she gave us old keys and we can’t access. My lease is almost over and these issues are not resolved despite my trying to work with the landlord.

Experiencia fantástica: I wanted to take a few minutes to share our experiences with Keller Williams Lakeside and in particular Jennifer Kuzdzal. My folks moved into their home back in 1983. This house has become their home for the past 35 years. Recently their house has sort of outgrown their needs and they found themselves in need of something smaller. We called on Jennifer Kuzdzal to find them the perfect space as close to my house as possible. She was able to source the perfect condo for them that happens to be about 2 blocks from my house. My folks walked through it and immediately fell in love. We placed our offer with Jen’s expert guidance and our offer was accepted (above another offer no less) and we closed on the new place within a month. Now we had to market the big house. Jen was able to walk through it and guide us into what she thought would sell the house with limited (almost no) investment. she also gave us her opinion as to what price would sell it. This price was about $20,000 more than we thought it was worth. We took her advice on changes and pricing to the letter and made the changes that she recommended. When we were finished with the changes she came back to the house to get it on the MLS. She took gorgeous pictures and listed it late in a Saturday. Early Sunday morning we got a text (how cool is technology?) that someone wanted to see the house. The first couple came through and wanted to fence the yard (a no-no with the HOA) and Jen fielded this inquiry with tact and knowledge. Unfortunately it didn’t work out for the first inquiry we soldiered on. 2 days later...2 more texts. We showed the house on that Tuesday to two other prospective buyers. The second prospect placed a full price offer. Full list price in 3 days. In my opinion it doesn’t get any more efficient than that. We went through all the basic stuff...inspections, appraisals, etc. and Jen held our hand through the whole process. She never missed returning a call or text. She was super patient with all of our personalities. The closing was best described as perfect. My folks couldn’t be happier as to the young couple that bought the house and they are super pleased to be in a smaller space with limited stairs and they couldn’t be more pleased with Jen and the KW Lakeside team. Seriously guys A+ (and that’s high praise as my wife is a 6th grade science teacher).

Experiencia negativa: Not a very organized operation at all and the staff was pretty rude. Had the pleasure of JON KASSAB calling me at 8am to be rude then hang up on me. Would not recommend them to friends or family just based on this interaction of a member of their staff. This “realtor” that has no listings on their website clearly he doesn’t know how to run his business if he’s cold calling people to sell a property that is not theirs and my number is on the do not call list. He is supposed to run the number through before calling. Wouldn’t even have written this review if he wasn’t so rude when he called.

Experiencia negativa: Clean but disorganized far too often. Over 14 months after buying a house I still have their sign on the side of the house. Trying to get it picked up means being sent to multiple contacts, half of whom don't have any idea why they were calling.

Experiencia negativa: We did not use this agent but purchased a house Robert Barnes was representing. After closing, we generously gave the sellers 30 days occupancy, in order to complete their purchase of a condo. Our agent contacted Robert to ask what kind of dryer hookup so we could buy during 4th of July sales. Our agent was not able to get a response after numerous attempts and they finally responded the oven was a gas hook up. We also requested an update to confirm they would be out after 30 days and received no response. Now it is the night before 30 days. Our contract says we will have keys at 5 PM tomorrow. Yesterday the selling agent contacted us and said the sellers would not be leaving for at least an additional 5 days. The contract states they must pay double the agreed amount, but the selling agent is refusing. We had friends and trucks lined up to move this weekend, washer and dryer scheduled to deliver Monday, and will now have to pay for an additional month's worth of storage on our storage facility. Somehow we are left holding the bag for someone else’s insufficient planning. To add to it my sister is in town from working with the military in Italy and was on her summer break. She was excited to see the new house but now will be flying back Tuesday and will miss out. Our family with three kids have been crammed in my in-laws for 7 months and we were supposed to finally have our own place for my son's 8th birthday. We now have to cancel his party next week so we can move. On top of it all Robert was incredibly rude and uncompromising with our agent. We have people living in our house and we have no recourse for this situation, Robert Barnes is taking advantage of our generosity. If he wanted to take care of his client he should be paying for a hotel and storage facility for them, not keeping us out of our house. None of this is our fault and somehow we are the ones paying the price. A contract is a contract but it means nothing to Robet Barnes.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience. Worked with the agent Brent Martin, he was very professional and was there whenever I needed him, even when he was on vacation. He made the process smooth and enjoyable. He's straight forward and to the point but doesn't try to persuade you to do anything you don't want to do. It was the best experience I've had with a realtor and would recommend him to anyone. My only regret is that I didn't go with him and Keller Williams Lakeside when I first started the home buying process over a year ago.

I'm so grateful for his patience with me while I searched for *exactly* the right house in a very limited area with a small budget. We visited every.single.house I asked to see, without question, usually the next day. And even when they were truly awful foreclosures that looked like they may collapse in on us, he still had a smile on his face. When I did finally find the house for my family, he was able to get an offer in to the seller the same night! I'd work with Brett again in a heartbeat.

And he convinced to buy a house who I was looking for but to make the story short, the seller was a 80 years old woman whom he said that her and her husband built the house and it's a lie. After the inspection we asked them to fix some things. My agent Brent told me that everything was fixed an other lie . After the closing he became rude and unavailable . All he told was a lie I hired him but he worked for the seller. Bad business and I am so disappointed.

I was under the impression I was renting through a reputable company but they tell me they are the property managers of this home. How can you represent a big company like that if its their own management company that I'm renting through? I would have never rented a house knowing it was only the two of them. I am currently still on a stand still with mold growing in my house and my "property managers" are not fixing the issue. If someone could reach out to me I'd appreciate it.

Owner was willing to lower it 5k in till the listing agent talked them out of it becuse he had another buyer on the hook that would pay the 205. So we lost out $600 for the inspection an all the hassle of the mortgage clowns. Just another greedy agent that cares less about people an more about commission.

Experiencia negativa: I have never used the services of this realty company, however one of their agents parked their truck in my front yard,and put up a open house sign in my front yard. I called the number on it,and told the woman on the phone that I wanted the truck and sign moved right now. She then told me I was being hostile, and that I was being mad. I was serious, and stern, but calling me hostile is actually a huge exaggeration and actually very insulting.

Experiencia negativa: A guy named James called not introducing himself or explaining why he was calling. After I asked multiple questions, I found out he wanted me to sell my house. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend him or the agency with that type of cold calling. So unfortunate and he needs more training on customer service. I have friends who use and work at this agency and are very professional.

Experiencia negativa: Denise Kelly with Macomb, MI keller Williams. Was extremely rude to us before entering into a potential listing appointment. Told us no realtors will ever work with us unless we close our search down to a 6 mile radius. Along with some other Extremely rude things. We just moved to Michigan and don't know any of the areas. She decided to argue with us right in front of my mother and my child. I hope future buyers beware of this realtor. Absolutly unbelievable how rude this realtor was to us. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO OTHERS!!!!
